Most of the staff seems friendly however some of the nurses and dentists seem a bit judgmental. I have an entire list of issues with this clinic ..... first off I waited on a list for 6-8 months for my children to be taken on as patients at this clinic because I wanted my kids to be asleep during dental wrk for pain reasons and finally got accepted. This clinic has been seeing my kids fr almost a year now ( 4 visits total between 2 kids) and let me tell ya their attitudes suddenly changed as soon as my insurance changed from private to state :/ all of a sudden I got told that they are now doing more surgeries and that my kids will need to find a new dentist for cleanings and etc ??? And icing on the cake is they told me to take my kids back to the dentist that I had originally dropped to come to their clinic ??!!! Each appt that my children went to they had extensive wrk done and 1 appt in which I paid cash for because insurance didn't cover the procedure , afterwards my son and daughter were in extreme pain with No pain meds and calling after hrs # given just to be told nothing they could do and just tuff out the night til office opens then after being seen still sent home without any issues of pain being resolved!!! NO CHILD SHOULD EVER BE IN PAIN OR DISCOMFORT AND TREATED LIKE TINY JUNKIES . THIS CLINIC IS MONEY HUNGRY AND CARES NOTHING ABOUT ITS PATIENTS UNLESS U HAVE A FAT WALLET TO OFFER THEM ;)

Amazing dentist. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating. I had some billing confusion and they just handled it with grace and care. Everyone really cares about making you feel comfortable and even have notes of my personal interests in my file! They really go the extra mile. I've been coming here for 15 years if not more. Both Dr May and Dr Wilson are the best. Treat me like family. Tracy, Lindsey, Virginia, and Linda are and have always been kind to me. We joke and laugh which makes this dentist office so relaxing especially with having anxiety. Even when they are treating patients they all take the time to come say Hi to me. Again this place is like a family to me! They are never allowed to leave or retire lol.

My son has been going to Sleep Dentistry for over 10+ years for all his dental needs. He has cerebral palsy, nonverbal, tube fed, wheelchair bound, and has a very complex medical condition. The dentists and staff are very professional, wonderful and very accommodating to his special needs. They have many super amazing hygienists that have worked on his teeth. Jenny is one of his favorite and has been working on his teeth for the past years, she’s super friendly, patience, and efficient; as a result, Daniel responded/cooperated real well with cleaning beyond my expectation! Absolutely amazing experience for first off my daughter and then myself. She had never had any surgery ever so she was mildly nervous as one usually is. The care she received here was compassionate and professional! Dr. May, Lonnie CRNA and Jenny dental hygienist provided a quality and outstanding environment from beginning to end. Not to mention her admitting experience was quick and efficient. Every person in contact with her that day from Rachel, Tracy, Dr.May, Lonnie, and Jenny treated her like family.
