This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Everyone in the office from Dr. Stein to bookkeeping, front desk, dental assistants and hygienists are pleasant and knowledgeable. After COVID I went to my prior dental office for a cleaning. They wanted to do deep cleaning of my gums and would not perform a regular cleaning because my gums were “so bad”. Having worked in a dental office many years ago I knew they were trying to talk me into the more expensive treatment. I went to Dr. Stein’s office and when they cleaned my teeth commented on what a great job I did of keeping my teeth and gums in good condition during the time I couldn’t get them cleaned. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, in the past I’ve had many that have hurt me so I was pleasantly surprised. Today I had a crown and filling replaced, never a fun outing, but done with care and compassion. Thank you Team Stein!!

I needed immediate assistance with a broken filling and was in pain. They said they could help so I came for a visit same day. They asked if i wanted to complete new patient intake including X-rays as well as the filling fixed. I said ok as long as we still have time to fix the tooth as I’m in pain. They agreed. After new patient intake they said they didn’t have time to fix the tooth today and to just “take Advil “ for week till they could schedule me in later. Completely heartless and insane. I don’t understand all the positive reviews. I’m never going back.

I switched to Stein Dentistry after having a negative experience with my previous dentist. I definitely made the right move! Dr. Stein and his team have been absolutely warm, friendly, professional, respectful, and competent. They always check to make sure I'm comfortable and feel informed about what they're doing with my teeth. They went above and beyond to offer guidance when I was trying to choose a dental insurance plan with the best coverage. Stein Family Dentistry also takes care of my husband and our little kids, and they've done a great job giving our kids a positive experience. My preschooler and toddler get excited for dentist appointments, so they can show off their brushing and flossing skills to the pros! I wholeheartedly recommend Stein Family Dentistry to anyone in Spokane in need of a good dentist.

I've been a patient at Stein Family Dentistry for the past several years. Dr. Stein and the staff not only provide exceptional service, but also an overall calming environment. We are so confident in the quality of care provided that our entire family are now patients of Dr. Stein's. This includes family members ranging from their 20's to their 80's. He is truly a family dentist who provides the best individual care and treatment as needed.

I grew up in the Caribbean and my dental hygiene was absolutely very poor. I came to Dr. Stein‘s office very hesitant and embarrassed by the condition of my mouth. Prior to my first visit, I wrote a letter to Dr. Stein explaining my past trauma in dentistry and also my need for complete respect. I don’t believe that I had to write that letter because the staff till this day continue to be the most loving and respectful to anyone that walks into the office. Dr. Stein has such a warm and caring demeanor filled with confidence but not a big ego. I love his gentle spirit. He does extremely wonderful work.! I’ve always felt confident when he worked on my teeth. I’ve had, root canal work done as well. He referred me to a fantastic periodontist for bone grafting and today, he successfully placed my implants. I could not believe it!! Perfection! I love the way that he always asked, “Do you have any questions or concerns?“ I would 100% recommend Dr. Stein.

Miranda went above and beyond finding a time to fit me into their schedule to adjust to a last minute vacation I had planned. Everyone took great care of me and referred me to a jaw specialist when they realized my questions where beyond their scope of practice. Thankful that I chose them for my all my dental needs!

Dr. Stein’s office has been an excellent place for all of my family dentistry needs. The staff has always been friendly and personable. They are very helpful with scheduling, insurance questions, and care at the office. Also, the office is always very clean and inviting. My family is grateful for excellent care received here and readily recommend it to others.

Very friendly, accommodating, put me at ease. Dr. Stein was very gentle and did a great job in explaining what my teeth need & why. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about making my visit pleasant.

Stein Family Dentistry has been absolutely phenomenal! They strive to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They had all learned my name after just the first visit! As someone who is nervous about the dental process and needles in particular, they have been so sweet and supportive every time I've come in.

My normal Dentist was out of the office when I had horrible tooth pain from the start of an abscess, he referred me to this office and I’m so happy he did! The office staff are amazing and so kind! I called right before 8 and they were able to get me in within the hour. They called a bunch of different places trying to fit me in somewhere to be seen by a specialist ASAP. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They had a cancellation and squeezed me in for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning. The office staff is amazing! They are kind, professional, and so helpful. Lindsey was warm and friendly. She did my cleaning and explained everything to me to keep me comfortable. Dr. Stein was super cool and told me what was a priority in my dental treatment. Great location. Very glad I found them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Spokane.
