Reep Family Dental

Usually they are very good and professional. Lately, it’s been sort of a hassle dealing with this office. They know my schedule is very busy and they have changed appointments on me in the past ,I miss 1 appointment mind you they probably rescheduled and now they want to penalize me? All I’m saying is beware they don’t seem to work with people that work for a living.

I went in for a repair to a front tooth and all was fine, I scheduled for the ext visit to do xrays that my insurance pays 100%, when I arrive I was old about a whole head X-ray that my insurance would not pay for and It was 90.00. When I questioned why I wasn’t told about this when I scheduled the appointment, the front gils said “it won’t hurt my feels if you don’t want it”. I said I’m then I really don’t want it. She said well it half price if I would agree to have it done today. I said no thanks. I was then told I had to sign a contract that stated I would pay for this X-ray or they would cancel my appointment. I told the girl I wouldn’t sign it she again said “it wound hurt my feelings if you don’t want it but I had to sign he contract. So I told her to cancel My appointment and I left. After missing work for this appointment, I’ll I got was a call from the dentist defending we stammers as a lame justification that she doesn’t normally work the front. AND NOW TODAY The filling on my front tooth is coming apart! I WOULD STRONGLY RECONSIDER USING THIS DENTIST. Wish I could post pictures of his shorty work. OH AND he billed more then my insurance approved so I had to pay an additional $40.00 over my deductible. And my insurance sent me a notice hat since he was a network dentist I wouldn’t be paying out of pocket. Yet I did, seams vert fraudulent me.

Best dental experience I have ever had. My whole family is seen here, and we are as happy about seeing Doctor Reep as we can be about going to the dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Reep and his team. I was extremely impressed by my experience when I went in to have a crown done. It felt more like a spa experience. He and all of his team are patient, caring and understanding, he has up to date technology that I've never seen before that made my visit so easy,quick and efficient. Anyone that has ever struggled going to the dentist this is the Dentist to go to. At anytime in my life if I was to say this was the easiest, most pain free procedure from a dentist, this would be the man to do it!!

I've previously struggled with going to the dentist and decided to try out Reep Family Dental. Dr. Reep was exceptionally fast and painless, I went in and left 35 minutes later with a filling! I was very pleased with his painless and gentle all of it was. Everyone in the office is very friendly and kind, and empathetic. I highly recommend Dr. Reep!

I absolutely recommend this place. I have been fortunate to have very good dentists in the past so when I moved, I was really concerned that I wouldn't find a place up to par to what I was used to. I decided to try this place out because the reviews I saw were fantastic (and they accepted my insurance 😜) However, this place completely exceeded my expectations. The dental hygienist that took care of me was amazing. She was very friendly, well-educated, and just all around great at her job. I had asked her a lot of questions about my teeth and dental things (because I'm a very curious person) and she happily answered all the questions I had. Dr. Reep was fantastic also. It's a very warm place and they are very good at making you feel welcome.

I love how the moment I step foot into the office I felt welcomed. The entire staff at Dr. Reep office is extremely caring and go way out of their way to make you feel comfortable the entire time. I'm extremely satisfied with Dr. Reep dental. I recommend everyone to come here.

Hi I changed recently to Dr Reep, when i heard about his new dental plan. I have been looking for a while and was with my other dentist over 20 years I would highly recommend Dr Reep. I had my first Crown went in at 8 am and out the door with my new Crown before 10 Am complete no trips back! The Shots were painless The Rubber dam pops in with its own suction no more drowning while they work! The whole staff has. Been Awesome! You can tell they are very concerned with your well being and convenience. I would highly recommend them 10 stars for me. Thank you Jamie

This is the team that is always ready to improve your smile! I am never scared of the numbing needle with Dr. Reep due to his expert technique. The Staff are all very welcoming and they can even make your crown on site! Thanks Dr.Reep!

Best care I've ever received from a dentist and assistants.

I would like to thank Dr.Reep, his lovely wife Leslie and the whole staff of Reep Family Dental. Previousily I dreaded dental work. I have a very pronounced gag reflex and couldn't have x-rays and experienced pain from shots and had to have gas to have work done on my teeth. Now at Reep Family Dental my whole experence has changed. Dr.Reep and his staff are amazing ! I now have x-rays, painless shots and have never needed gas to have work done. I have had three crowns each one done in one day with no pain. They go out of their way to make me comfortable and have made my dental experence very pleasant indeed. I would recommend Reep Family Dental to all my family and friends.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to i did alot of traveling and seen alot of different dentist and this is the best they take care of you and make you feel like family I recommend this dentist to everyone!!!!

He takes his time to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible, is thorough and ensures you are informed and aware of your best options for treatment. My crown was done in one visit (able to produce crown on site), meaning done in one appointment and one numbing ( I am difficult to numb); this was a fantastic, positive outcome and dental experience for me. Highly recommended! This is coming from someone who hates, with a passion, going to the dentist. My job forces me to relocate every few years, so I've been to several dentists over the years. Reep Family Dental is the best experience I've had hands down. Everyone is friendly, excited, passionate, and happy to do their job. The Dr speaks to you and explains everything in a comfortable, easy to understand way. Their technology is cutting edge. I was in the office for two hours and got something done that would have taken my previous dentist months. Even the contraption they put in your mouth to keep you from choking on all the stuff from the procedure is nice. All this to say, the atmosphere is great. The people truly care about you and it was a pleasure.
