Sunrise Dental Yakima

The reception area is filled with joy. The people who work there seem to genuinely love where they work and what they do. I rarely sit for more than a couple minutes before being welcomed back. They work well as a team in the examination room. From cleanings to prepping for a crown, their work is above board. I appreciate the recommendations I get for work that needs done and the ability to pay half up front and half when work is complete. They are great for my budget and my teeth. I intend to have my son transferred there very soon. Thank you for your excellent client care and dental services.

I was having serious dental pain the other day that was comparable to childbirth and was crippling both physically and emotionally. I had not seen a dentist in a handful of years due to dental fear and anxiety and the usual day to day balance between work and family. But the pain I had the other day needed to be addressed and immediately. I made a call to Sunrise Dental and I'm so glad I did! The girls at the front desk were empathetic and very understanding and were able to get me in ASAP with Dr Rex. He put my mind at ease and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon to handle the rest. Thank you again to Dr Rex, his MA, and those wonderful girls at the front desk!

Honestly this is the best dental place I have ever been to. The girls are very bubbly and totally Their for your best interest and treatment. I went in with my 11 month old. Me and my husband were going to switch on and off, appointments collided and the front desk took my daughter, gave her toys, played with her while I got treated. Clearly a family environment . Awesome job ladies !

Sunrise dental has top of the line equipment. Friendly and efficient staff from the front desk to the doctor. The doctor was very through and actually did much of what the dental hygienist does in other offices for the first visit at least so she really knows the condition of your teeth. I will be back. They were impressive.

Mom was visiting from out of town- broke porcelain off a front tooth. Called late Friday afternoon and got in on a Saturday. Great service. Great team. Highly recommend

I had a crown come off. I had to change dental care due to insurance change. I called Sunrise and they got me into their office the same day. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Rex was able to cement the crown back on and clean my teeth after all the initial exrays. I am thankful to have found their services.

They were nice quick and easy

They failed to treat a patient who was in excrutiating pain! My daughter went to Sunrise on a Saturday as they were the only place open and she had a riot canal that had abcessed. The reception and dental assistants were very kind and courteous. Dr. Bahn was also nice and offered to call her in an antibiotic and pain meds to hold her over until Monday when she could receive treatment. We proceeded to pharmacy and waited over an hour for meds to be called in. My daughter contacted Sunrise only to be told that Dr. Bahn had a restricted license and had to wait for a partnering Dr to call them in. After an additional 45 minutes of waiting she called again and was told the other Dr did not have the same philosophy of treatment and would not call the meds in. They left her in pain with no help. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! Having several years of clinical dental experience I can say this is a highly irregular practice!

I am traveling on an extended trip. A crown came off one of my teeth. I called Sunrise Dentist and was seen the same day. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I was seen and the crown reset in about 45 minutes from the time I walked into the office until I walked out. The dental assistant and Dr Rex both were efficient and kind. Thank you.

I am so grateful for all the help provided to my mom who was in desperate need by Sunrise Dental. It was amazing that she would be helped the same day. The receptionist whose name I did not get I want to thank for her patience and assistance. Dr. Rex was attentive and quick. My only wish is that they’d accept state Medicaid but the payment plans are reasonable.

I have horrible dental anxiety, but from the moment I walk in to the minute I’m walking out, everyone is so nice. They ask about my children and how my week has been. They make me feel like they genuinely care about me as a person. That helps tremendously.

Ana the assistant is amazing! All of the girls are great, and Dr Hsu did a good job cleaning a hygienist’s teeth ;) love Sunrise Dental. I always feel welcome here and listened to.

This is the absolute best dentist office to go to! They treat you so great, work with you better than any other office in Yakima. I know because I have been to quite a few. Gris, Mariza, and Emma are the BEST! If you are looking for a dentist office look no further, YOU have found it. I promise you that you will be happy to choose SUNRISE DENTAL. I just had my first appointment today at Sunrise dental. The staff was friendly and professional. Two girls really great job there names are Emma and Gris. I will definitely be back.

I was very grateful for Sunrise Dental for getting me in on a Saturday. I tried multiple dentists in the area and there were no appointments available. Both Ana and Gris were very helpful as well as the dentist who explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
