Kenosha Dentist

I'm a 64 year old and have been to many great dentist. Thomas is by far the best I have seen. Gentle and a great dentist. Probably the most professionally ran office in Kenosha. Clean too!

This was my first visit at Kenosha Dentist. Dr Kaczynski is a skilled dentist who provided caring, high quality work in a positive, upbeat atmosphere, especially the view of Lake Michigan. I really appreciate how he asked if I’m was doing okay during my procedure. His team is absolutely fantastic too. Highly recommend.

Well, this place blew an opportunity for a new customer. After leaving my previous dentist for being very unprofessional I gave this place a try. My first time there last summer I waited 40 minutes in the waiting. The hygienist was new and did a great job but she took about an hour. I had a appointment in a few weeks and they called me and asked if they could reschedule me to an earlier date at which I agreed. They then left me a voice message asking me to confirm my appointment. They tried to send me a text as well in which case I already had blocked because I did not need any more reminders. They called me again asking me to confirm I was coming to my appointment. After trying to contact me so many times I called them back and they tried to reschedule me for a second time due to a cancellation and they inform me the doctor did not want to wait for my 6 p.m. appointment and I would have to come back yet again just to see the doctor. I'm sorry, but I'm a very busy and responsible person. I don't need constant communication reminding me of apt's and asking me to confirm. Seeing as I waited 40 minutes last time it's probably not the worst thing to have a little gap in your schedule, us customers wait ALLLLLLL THE TIME for doctors, God forbid the doctor has to wait for his next apt. Goodbye, next.

Have been going to Kenosha Dentist for just over a year. Have experienced wonderful service. Have just had a lower partial made. It's the best that has ever been made for me. I can now enjoy eating nuts , pop corn, And have no food particles get under my partial as they used to. Much tanks to Dr. TOM AND STAFF. I enjoy the family atmosphere that I find at Kenosha Dentist. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere and I love my dentist I won't change.

All were very kind and considerate. Dr Tom listened to my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tom and the whole staff were very professional and pleasant. Rates were very reasonable and the office is in a safe, easy to find location, with abundant parking. Highly recommend.

First, let me say the dentist experience was fine, but the experience ends there. I just received a notice from a collecion company for a $50 bill I was never made aware of - I paid my +$400 dental bill in full at my visit. Woody, the office manager stated I missed an appt and had to pay. When asked what appt he said I had one (nothing in my calendar but a note that i needed to pick up a dental devise - they said I could do it at any time - simply stop by next friday and grab it - in my mind that is not a dental appt). I asked him where the bill was - he said he emailed me ONE in October. I stated I did not receive. I asked where the paper bill was. He said i dont send them always. I send an email - you need to check your email. Again, stated i did not receive and as we all know emails do end up in Spam. I also said for a debt you should try to reach through different ways. I stated I would pay the bill (even though i do not agree I owe anything) but they needed to pull the bill from collection. He stated they WIL NOT do that. And then told me I needed to pay my bills. KENOSHA DENTIST - I DO PAY MY BILLS! YOUR total lack of competency, professionalism, and sketchy business practices need to be called out! PATIENTS BEWARE!!!

Let me start by saying Dr Kaczinski is a solid dentist and will do right by you medically. Let me finish by saying that after being a patient for a few years I will not be returning. Went in for my cleaning and xrays last month and everything seemed to be normal. Paid $50 for the fluoride treatment because insurance didn't cover it. Was told at the time that any remaining amount that I owed would go to the same card. I have not ever owed anything after a cleaning so didn't think much of it. Fast forward to today when I get a notification from my credit card that there is now a $255 charge from them. Went to the office thinking surely it must be a mistake because they were in network and I've never had even a copay only go be told by the father who is the receptionist that they stopped being in network earlier in the year. They didn't mention it when they called to remind me of the appointment, or when they saw me for the appointment, or when they had me pay for the fluoride treatment. They said my insurance should have notified me of the change. My insurance says they should have. Either way, I felt like they had ample opportunity and chose not to. After years of referrals and solid reviews, this felt like a betrayal. Additionally, my dental insurance said they were supposed to also bill my health insurance and they didn't. I'll be notifying all of my friends and colleagues who may go there or might have considered it not to. It's a shame that I have to find another dentist. I actually liked going here.

I was very pleased with the promptness, caring of the staff. I had to have a root canal done and then a crown put on the tooth. I was very please at how nicely the crown looked and stayed in place for 2 years and then I had to come back and have it replaced and it was free would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I as a kid had a very bad experience with our family dentist. My friend Rebecca came with me, and I needed the lower left tooth extracted 8/3/2022. Dr. Tom and his nurses were very gentle with me and I was scared but I did good. Thank you for your patience with me. The medicine that you perscibed for me , I took right away and Never had any pain from the Novacaine wearing off. Thank you.

They made me wanna throw up.

Very expensive, took money from my insurance, for x-ray and consult, witch he advertised free, and the prices are almost 2 time's more than 2 other estimates I got. I would stay clear,rip off

Great job on my mouth pain when I got there and no pain when I left excellent work

I was able to get same day emergency service, gentle and painless.

My sister has him he is awesome he made her amazing dentures and was super sweet and gentle removing her teeth. His brother Dominic and dad woody are awesome as well I just referred 3 friends to him they all love him too
