Dr. DiStefano is the most skilled dentist I have ever met. I chipped a tooth when I was 10, the cap popped off every few years. The location and angle does not bond well, it's a difficult repair. I had learned to live with each awkwardly shaped tooth, seemingly growing bigger each time. I came to PPFD in the most recent event. This repair is BY FAR the best looking and best feeling tooth. PPFD immediately won my family's business.

I switched dentists due to my last dentist having a HORRIBLE "bedside manner". It's always a risk when going to a new Dr. However, from entering the office, I felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! I was having tooth pain and she not only made me feel like she cared but that she was going to get my problem taken care of. The solution was a root canal in a tooth that wasn't even hurting. I found it hard to believe but it was true! She explained why that happens and when I got that tooth taken care of...my pain was gone! She is friendly, caring and KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING! My husband and (grown) daughter switched over to her as well and we are all very happy we did!

The girls here are FANTASTIC! I'm high maintenance at the dentist and they never make me feel like I am. Friendly, fun to chat with and most importantly good at their jobs, especially with COVID being an issue I always feel safe to keep my appt with them. I would 100% recommend anyone who is afraid of the dentist to go here! I have had some bad experiences with previous dentists but I feel very comfortable coming here. The staff are all nice and knowledgeable and the dentist is honest and personable. I also had something come up when they were out of the office for the holidays, all I had to do was send an email and Dr. answered my question in a timely manner.

My family has been with Dr. Distefano for over 3 years. She has always been so warm and friendly! I really appreciate how she always asks if I’m doing okay, during my visits, how she will call and speak with patients personally! Who does that these days? My kids love her! The dental assistant was so sweet and kind! I am excited to meet her hygienists soon! I cannot say enough about the back half of the staff!! I would encourage anyone to schedule a visit.

I had a scare at my last dentist (green bay family dentist) & they almost killed me. I told them I was on blood thinners & they did a deep root cleaning without my permission then used a robotic arm to give me numbing shots. During the shots my mouth filled with blood. I was choking & almost aspirated because I couldn't breathe. So today was my first dental visit in 6 years as I have been hesitant to go back after that. Pleasant prairie family dental is very understanding & listens to you as a patient. They are very gentle, kind, & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who fears dentists. They also do not force you into unnecessary work to get money out of you which is a plus as well. Definitely will be my lifelong dentist :)
