It was my first experience at this North location and it will be my last. The patient experience is lacking and my exam appointment was chaotic: employee was struggling to solve problems on computer software, single imaging x-ray tool was very uncomfortable in the mouth with lots of stabbing, and doctor sent me off with my mouth full of blood - I had to ask for the rinse tool. Receptionist was kind, she did indicate that there are many new people in training and it definitely shows. I really hope they make improvements for future new patients.

I have been going to Midwest Dental for a fair number of years now. I have often thought about finding another dentist but just never followed through. Today I saw a new hygienist (for me). Sky (sp?). She was caring, efficient, thorough, gave good/clear explanations, practically painless. Probably the best hygienist I've ever seen. And, with my mouth full of hardware, I've seen quite a few. And I'm also impressed with the new dentist (didn't remember the name) but she was also thorough, gave excellent explanations and was very professional and pleasant! Keep them both and you'll keep me as a patient. All in all a very good visit to the dentist!

I have gone here for several years and I can count on both hands how many different doctors I have had. My service was up and down and recently I had the final straw with the inconsistencies with getting a doctor and having to reschedule my appointment 2x now! Sorry, I will be going else where.

X-rays, cleaning and exam were done very professionally and I was very satisfied with the results. The only annoyance was in scheduling. My original appointment somehow vanished from the computer system and I never got a call or email to reschedule. But other than that, the quality of service and care is very good.

Very nice Hygienists but they can't seem to keep a Dr. Which is frustrating when you see a new one what seems like every time you go. Receptionist is a little rude as well. Far from what they use to be IMO...after 15 years I am looking for a new place for my dental care.

I used to have a hygenist that is no longer at Midwest and the replacement is not as thorough. She missed the far back wisdom teeth and never polished there. She even forgot to floss some areas. Then the new dentist came in. He was harsh and arrogant. He never made eye contact at the introduction and just looked down. When you meet someone new you look them in the eyes. I felt like a number he had to get through rather than a patient.

I will ONLY go to Midwest dental. The staff is always friendly and DR. JOHN MACHI is by far one of the best dentists that I have seen. I have been seeing him for about a year now and just recently I had a dental emergency, I called and even though it was a Friday, and they were completely booked, they got me in right away. It is things like this that shows a person that they care.

The whole staff at Midwest Dental Oshkosh North is fantastic. I have had regular cleanings at this office and also some more major dental work. From the front desk, to billing, hygienists, and the couple of Doctors I have had the pleasure of dealing with--- everyone has been wonderful. I have also found my favorite hygienist at this location--- Amy Bielak has always answered all my questions (even if I thought some might sound silly) and has also been so patient when I have been worried about a procedure. Of all the places that masks are basically useless, a dentist's office would be near the top. Seriously, what's the point?! Arrive early so you have the best chance of coming in contact with other people, but wear a mask in case you come in contact with other people... Then once you're out of the waiting area, business as usual. Again; what's the point?
