I called Dr. Gerald Walczak's office December 29, 2022 and they were able to get my daughter in on January 3, 2023 for an appointment. Dr. Gerald Walczak was great. The procedure didn't take long at all and all the staff was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Gerald Walczak even called me at 8pm that evening to check to see how my daughter was doing. Highly recommend! Amazing!!

My son was a candidate for Invisalign braces and they made the whole process so easy! His teeth look fantastic! Dr. Walczak is great!

Fast and kind service, my appointment was a fantastic experience!

I arrived for my 1.5 month olds tongue and lip tie revision with him and my almost 2 year old in tow. Unbeknownst to me, my toddler had thrown up in the carseat on the drive there (we live an hour away). Upon arriving and finding this, i asked the receptionist if we could use the bathroom so I could clean my toddler up. At this point, my infant was screaming and crying in his carseat while in the bathroom as I cleaned up my toddler. After a very stressful 10 or so minutes, we finished in the bathroon, with my infant still screaming. The workers all offered console and one asked if she could hold my infant to help calm him while i filled out paperwork. This was sooo welcomed! When reaching for the paperwork, I got a papercut (because why not?). They got me a bandaid voluntarily. They let me put the carseat and diaper bag and pretty much everything i own that goes with me everywhere with 2 under 2 in a separate room so we could be in the dental room without all the clutter. While completing the release on my infant (which im told takes all of 2 minutes), they let me go clean the vomity carseat that was still in my car of my toddlers. When i got back, my babys frenectomy was finished and a staff member was holding and rocking him, who had fallen asleep soundly on her shoulder. As we were leaving and I had just strapped my infant into his carrier, my newly potty trained toddler told me she had to go potty. Rather than lug him back into the bathroom, a staff member asked if she could rock him in the carseat while I took my toddler. . . They were all so amazing!!! This was my first time out with my 2 under 2 without my husband and one hiccup after the other, they helped me with graciously!! All were so kind and loving. Im so thankful to them. Genuine customer care is lacking nearly everywhere, but at center for dentistry, I truly (non cliche) felt like family.

I have only had one appointment here for a consult, but I already have the best first impression. The staff is extremely friendly and thorough. I was nervous to start orthodontic work as an adult, but I felt very welcomed and am excited to start my smile journey with this team!

Exceptional care by kind, compassionate doctors and staff! My family has been coming here for 25 years! We have never had a poor experience with a doctor, hygienist, assistant or front office staff. (That includes both kids from age 3). They are always on the cutting edge with safety and care and services are well-explained. I highly recommend their services!
