Point Place Dental, was a great experience. I unfortunately have high anxiety with providers now as I didn't have a good experience with previous provider involving a crown. Dr. Synder was super nice and so was they hygienist. They listened to me and made sure I was comfortable and couldn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had one cleaning and a filling so far. My first cleaning in 4 years and it went great. I needed one filling that I had earlier this morning and other than my face being numb, it was less uncomfortable than cleanings I’ve had in the past at other dental locations. Great people super friendly and always let you know exactly what’s gonna happen. Even the shot to the gums wasn’t uncomfortable for more than 5 seconds. I would absolutely recommend Point Place Dental.

I just left an appointment after having been shamed by multiple personnel at the office. A doctor who dismissed me, then passed me off to another dentist, and referred me to a different dentist. If the doctor wasn't "really" a specialist in a procedure that would have been helpful to know. I was refused premedication, and deliberately SHAMED by the hygienist who TOLD ME the office was talking about me- clearly behind my back!!!! Interpersonal violence is harmful once but from multiple people in one visit is reprehensible. Crying in the chair from physical discomfort is to be expected at a dental appointment but not from overt shaming by multiple personnel.

I have been a patient for 25+ years. Since cherry tree has taken over the billing it has been a nightmare. Recently received a statement that is bogus. When I receive a statement it is paid in full at once. Recently my last payment was applied to my sister's account as she had a balance. I have never heard about applying a personal payment to another. I will pay this 25.00 under protest and terminate my and my sister's association with them.
