Great dentist but they charged me $285 for an X-ray of my tooth and then said I didn’t pay and refused to send my medical records to me until I paid again knowing I needed them for my job and didn’t have a choice but to pay it again or lose my job!! Great dentist terrible business practices!! Front desk lady is very rude!!

I have been seeing Dr. West my entire life and he is fantastic. Great Environment, Extremely kind, a Great Dentist who cares. Yesterday I was in with my 4 year old son. I haven't been to the dentist in many years. I had a really bad tooth and not only did Dr. West and his staff get me in on a Friday morning during the beautiful summer, Dr. West and his team made sure that I had my tooth fixed before the weekend, spending many hours with me. Dr. West is very down to earth and spent a lot of time talking to me about how we were going to proceed with that day, as well as what needs to continue to on the future. I walked into his office in pain and embarrassed about my tooth health, and I walked out with a optimism and a plan. I am so grateful that I walked into his office.
