Excellent, fast and knowledgeable service. Im a over the road truck driver and was having issue with a tooth. I called all around the area and this wonderful dentist office was only one that would actually take my service. I was in and out very quickly. The staff was extremely nice and non judgemental. I have very bad teeth situation. If I'm ever in the area again and need work done I will most certainly be parking my rig outside going to the awesome dentist and staff that work here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This place is wonderful. My wife had a dental emergency on Thursday night and needed a molar removed while traveling along I-80. Called Dr West’s office at 8 am on Friday and the receptionist was very kind and helpful They were able to get us in at 10 am. Virtually ALL other dentists in this town as well as adjacent towns are closed on Fridays. The Assistants and Doctor West were very gentle, kind and caring. Her extraction went perfectly and pain-free and they charged us on the lower end of the expected price range. Five Stars.

I’m from out of town and an aweful toothache was getting in the way of my vacation. My sister recommended these guys and when I called not only did they take my insurance but the were also able to get me in the same day!!! I went in had a cleaning, x rays, and the dr figured out the issue and fixed it in the same visit. I was able to continue my vacation pain free and the cost was minimal. The Dentist is smart, through, kind, funny, and willing to help and listen. My hygienist, Lacy, was so sweet. I am one that takes care of my teeth and I have been to some very high end dental offices...in my experience these guys compete with the best of them. Thank you again!

I normally do not post things like this, however today's experience was beyond unbelieveable. I would never recommend West Family Dentistry in Green River to anyone. My mother is handicap and in a wheelchair. Not only does the office have no handicap parking, they also have not shoveled or salted any of the walkways into the building. Which makes it nearly impossible to push a wheelchair thru 3in of solid ice. It took me roughly 15 mins to try and get her into the building, and no assistance was offered by any of the staff. Then when we finally got into the building the receptionist and dental assistant were extremely rude. I wish I could say this was the first bad experience we have had but it is not. This office is extremely unorganized and unprofessional, they lost and messed up my mother's dentures on 3 separate occasions and then when they finally came in they never called to let us know. I am just beyond amazed at the lack of customer service skills this "professional" office has. I'm sure that the City of Green River has to have some sort of handicap accessibility law in place and if anyone knows who I could talk to that would be greatly appreciated. I am sorry for the rant but I strongly feel the need to warn any future patients. This does not need to happen to anyone else.
