From the moment I called this place the moment I felt relief someone would take care of me. I needed a dentist right away with no bs. I got exactly that. Roseann was caring from the start but also very to the point about options and pricing. There was no run around. She managed to get me in same day as well and have me an appointment set up with oral surgery If they couldn’t extract my tooth. I even got a call to come in earlier then the scheduled time. Once there I met Brinasia who was polite and extremely professional. I was truly amazed at how well she kept her area clean and sanitized. She had a routine down that made me feel safe. There was a dirty pen bucket! In fact the whole place was very clean and one of the first things I took note of was that proper covid cleaning protocols were in place. I waited long enough to fill out a thorough piece of paper and was already back in a chair. This is where I met Katy who made me feel comfortable and at ease. She shielded me for my X-ray which I appreciate being a tech myself. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and professional and answered all my questions. I then met the doctor. He was very very kind and throughout the whole process was genuinely concerned about how I was doing. He took his time, he did not rush, or get inpatient with me. I knew he cared. I didn’t think I would get in to see someone same day let alone great service too. Today makes day two and I have a bit of swelling but almost no pain. I even was able to go to work today. I would highly recommend this dentist. I will be going back if I need more work done. They truly care. Oh and they have awesome music playing! And doc thank you for humming the songs it really helped me focus and stay calm.

This is the second dental procedure I have had done by Dr.Waninger, and both been so smooth and comfortable. It’s actually quite relaxing. His office is light and bright, and all office staff are very friendly and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Zimmer for years, and he and his staff are EXCELLENT! They are well worth the drive to Habersham. The office is very relaxing, and they make going to the dentist actually enjoyable. My teeth have never felt cleaner. There are never any surprises or pressure to commit to any treatment, and all of their preventative suggestions come with a detailed explanation of costs. I highly recommend.

I typically don’t give out all stars, however I was treated for a broken tooth just before closing and this Dentist and his staff was Very caring courteous and professional. The level of concern that was shown is a rarity considering everything that is happening now.
