Bridge Dental was simply great! The experience from beginning to end was top notch. After submitting a request for an appointment online I received a call within an hour to setup my appointment. The waiting room was incredibly nice and relaxing, the receptionists were very friendly, and my dentist and their assistant were the nicest and most knowledgeable that I’ve had. I received a reminder text an hour before my appointment, and also was provided with a free whitening kit that is custom modeled to my teeth. Really, going to the dentist has never been easier!

I would rather my teeth rot then ever go back to this place. First, they were wiping every piece of equipment with a Clorox wipe then directly putting it in my mouth. Cool. Bleach is great. There was no bedside manner whatsoever. I had a ridiculously sore throat after leaving there from how rough they were. Then, they sent me a bill with nothing on it except how much I owed. Cool? Because even McDonald's gives me an itemized receipt. Then I asked for an itemized bill and was charged $10 for the bill. Tried to call but the office manager hung up on. My last dentist let me just pay on my next visit. Never harassed me. The only reason I left was insurance. This is for a cleaning too, which I would assume was covered by insurance. So yeah. If you want a money hungry dentist office who could careless about you, then stop right in.

All staff at Bridge Dental are friendly, energetic, and always provide positive reinforcement about healthy dental practices. They are accommodating and treat you as a partner and decision-maker in your own health decisions. I definitely recommend them, and I will be sad to leave my neighborhood and neighborly dentist when I move to a different state this summer.

Dr. Adams and the dental hygienist team are wonderful and great at their job. However I do not recommend signing any type of payment agreement for these reasons:
They will not notify you if your insurance doesn’t cover what they predicted.
They will try to charge your credit or debit card for any outstanding balance without your consent.
They may (they did this to me) send your financial agreement via email with your credit card information without your consent.
They may ignore any and all written complaints by you(they did this to me as well.)
Also if they ignore your written complaints they will then send your information to the debt collector to have them hit your credit.
I recommend DO NOT sign any financial agreements with them.
I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

Everything about the visit was excellent. My hygeinist Kelly was very knowledgable and experienced. Dr. Adams was the most thorough dentist I've ever seen and even did an exam of my salivary glands and neck muscles. I appreciated the kindness of the entire staff and will certainly be a returning patient.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Adams and his team! It's like a spa trip for my teeth every time I visit them. Convenient location, kind and professional staff, comfortable exam areas that are aesthetically pleasing - not your typical white wall hospital style room. Throw in the free professional teeth whitening and it'd seem too good to be true - but it's not! I will be a lifelong patient so long as I am living in CHS.

Everytime I walk into Bridge Dental they are always so welcoming! If it's just a basic cleaning or fixing a chipped tooth, Dr. Adams and his staff do an amazing job!!! I know when I walk out of the office my teeth are going to look good as new (even after chipping my front tooth a few times!)
