While Crystal checked me in, she was very precessional and very patient as I filled out my paperwork and prompt when getting my records information, she made the rest of my experience worth coming there and my free consultation was worth it.
My dentist 😊 he gave me nothing more than care, honesty and the truth about my concerns, he gave me several options that will satisfy my worries, I like that he called in a partner for a second opinion, which made me even more comfortable, because she totally understood my concerns and she still gave me a compliment. Dr. Julie Driscoll is phenomenal. I have and continue to struggle with cavities, fillers, receding gums, tooth sensitivities, etc. Julie is the first dentist I have gone to since I moved to Charleston and I cannot say enough great things about her and Expertise Dental. You can tell she takes pride in all her work because she's attentive, communicative/100% transparent, and strives for perfection.
I had a massive cavity filled and after my appointment she noticed I was grinding my teeth because of how short they were in the back. She asked if I wore a night guard and to let me know if I had any issues with how the guard fit, to come back in as soon as possible. It's the small things like that that show someone's passion for their work AND the client.
I highly recommend Expertise Dental! All around great staff and an impeccable, modern facility.

I had broken a crown off of one of my front teeth and made an appointment and went to the wrong location. They got me in anyway and did a great job patching me up. You can’t even tell. Excellent work & so glad they got me in that day even though I made the mistake of going to the wrong location. I highly recommend. Their prices are very fair as well. I’m going back for the permanent replacement but so glad they were able to fix me up now before I leave town.
