Worlds worst practice. The front end staff is so unprofessional and unorganized. I am a every 3 month patient and became dependent on their text message reminders and courteous phone call reminders and failed to get a reminder for my last appt and missed it. Partially my fault. Rescheduled for the earliest which was months out and requested to be put on the cancellation list. Was so excited when they called with one to be the next morning to only have them call me the night before to tell me they have to reschedule because the doctor will not be in the office and they claim he hasn’t examined me in over a year. Find that impossible since I am in there every 3 mo and asked to waive that to just have my teeth cleaned. They said NO. Instead offered me a appointment over a month later than my original appointment. Lost a long term patient (17yrs). Only stayed for tabitha. Not worth it anymore. Service sucks! I would put zero stars if I could. So fed up with their slack

Dr. Johnson and the entire staff at Spring Valley dental are awesome. They are competent professionals and friendly. I highly recommend them for anything from routine cleanings to more involved dental work (like a crown).

I have been a patient at Spring Valley Dental for close to 27 years. I can honestly say that you will not find a more professional and caring staff than the fine people that work here. Dr. Johnson is hands down the best dentist in town. He has always managed to fit me in during emergencies with my kids pretty much the same day and is super responsive if you have any dental concerns. This office feels like part of my family!!
