Todays Dental @ Greenville

It has been a while since i've been to the dentist. I was very nervous just having x-ray's and my teeth cleaned. The lady who took my x-ray's made me feel very comfortable being there and explained any questions and concerns i had. The next visit i had my teeth cleaned and the lady who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job with cleaning my teeth. She made me feel very comfortable and i was not as nervous as i thought i would be. I have to have some more dental work done. I look forward to future appointments.

Awesome experience. Very welcoming, clean, and had great equipment. Adrienne is such a professional, polite hygienist that provides pain-free cleanings and hygiene care. She explains what she is doing while cleaning and suggest preventive measures, if needed. Definitely recommend!

Had my first visit today and Adrienne was so personable, and thorough! She made sure I knew everything she was doing before she started and made me feel super comfortable. The reason for my visit was some discomfort near my wisdom tooth and she made to let the dentist know exactly what was bothering me so they could figure out a solution. Thanks !

I went here today for an mouth X-ray for a medical physical. Staff was amazing and friendly. I forget the nice woman’s name who gave me the great cleaning but my teeth look great now. Please put her name below in a reply. Based on the friendliness I would recommend.

Not only did my two young children have a wonderful, easy experience with their cleanings but I did as well. Adrienne was absolutely amazing with my kiddos. She kept them calm, focused on other things and explained what each tool she was using was so they weren’t scared. While working on my teeth, she continuously checked in on my pain level as she was cleaning because I have some highly sensitive areas. That meant the world to me and she did end up manually cleaning those areas to help reduce the pain. From start to finish Adrienne was professional, calming, kind, accommodating and overall a caring hygienist. I highly recommend Todays dental and ask for Adrienne. She’s amazing!

Made an emergency appt yesterday and was able to be seen within 24hrs. Adrienne was my hygienist and I can’t thank her enough. Her positive attitude and reassurance made the experience much more comfortable for me. Can’t believe the difference she made for my teeth!!!!

Literally everyone who I encountered during my appointment was courteous, warm, and kind, and the atmosphere was pleasant, relaxed, and inviting. I left my appointment with a smile on my face, and with some clean, pearly whites! Thank you bunches to all the sweet folks on the team at Today’s Dental at Greenville, and until we meet again!

Had a deep clean on my teeth today and Adreann done the cleaning and she did a wonderful job .I’m so happy with how gentle she was with me thank you so much. Faith glover

I came to this office because I am new to the area and was looking for a new dentist office and was not pleased with my experience.

I booked my appointment at least 2 weeks in advanced - no issues. I was very satisfied with the promptness of being able to get an appointment so quickly.

My appointment was at 4:00 and I received a call at 2:06 but I was unable to answer because I was busy plus it was a number I was unfamiliar with so I assumed it was spam.

When I checked in, I was told that they have been trying to reach me because my birthdate doesn’t match what’s on my insurance - which makes no sense to me because when I booked I had no issues. I was called one time 2 hours before my appointment. Not earlier in the day so I could make arrangements or call the insurance company but 2 hours.

I called MetLife Dental after I left and everything matched, so I’m not sure that the issue was.

The receptionist explained to me that if the insurance doesn't go through in the next few minutes that I would have to reschedule because my hygienist has to go pick up her kids by 5:00. In my head all I could think was “Are you serious right now?” She said that she can reschedule me for the next day but that was my only day I could come this month because of prior engagements and work.

Also, I filled out my paper work online from the text that I was sent for easy check in and she said that I would still have to fill out the forms because you all don’t get the forms from online. What was the point of sending them to me then?

My time was wasted. I drove over 45 minutes to get to the appointment to be told I can’t be seen.

The first time I went was perfect and that's why I gave it five stars. It was the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. But going back was one of the worst. Because of that I've been avoiding appointments to the point I just want to find another provider. Very bummed.
