I was looking for dentist for my yearly cleaning, I reached out to make sure my insurance would cover my preventative care and mentioned a few times that I just got dental insurance specifically in hopes of saving money, The response I got was very optimistic snd lead me to believe it would be covered.
In the process of getting my teeth cleaned my retainer was broken. I missed out on pay as I had to cancel several appointments with my own patients and had to go to orthodontist twice related to this issue. I was hoping to find a good reliable dentist in area that took my insurance. I was very surprised to get additional large bill after giving my insurance and paying after my visit.
This has been a very negative experience all around for me and my experience with the staff as a whole had left a lot to be desired. I won't be recommending this office to friends or neighbors.

Carolina Park Family Dentistry has the best staff. I’ve lived in other states and countries worldwide, and I’ve never come across a company with amazing people like this. Each of them plays a massive role at CPFD. Dr. Bellebaum, Leslie, and Karen honestly made you feel at ease and welcomed. You have questions. They have answers. Dr. Bellebaum did a fantastic job with my surgery, and Leslie and Karen both comforted me the whole time I was there. They honestly need more than 5-star ratings with the outstanding jobs they do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God knew to put them three together to make that fantastic team. I have so much gratitude for these beautiful people.
