I've been to this dentist's office twice now. The first time, I was very pleased with the experience, from staff to cost.
The second time (a few minutes ago), I was taken care of by a lady named Brooke. She was very friendly and bubbly, but the thing I'd like to mention is her willingness to help me. She saw my issue and realized I had been in with the same issue previously, (and without insurance, I'm sure she could figure out why I hadn't yet dealt with it), she spoke to the dentist and came back to me with news: since the dentist didn't need to be in the room at all, she didn't have to charge me for the visit!! I know this isn't something that is common, as the dentist almost always needs to take a look... but she went above and beyond for me, giving me the oral surgeon referral I had come in for, and the necessary antibiotics to be ready for extraction when the time comes.
