As a new patient entering the office I was met with an extremely friendly office staff that made “going to the dentist” a pleasant experience! Dr. Griffith was very knowledgeable and was very willing to answer any questions. Very professional atmosphere! The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was extremely gentle compared to others I’ve seen in recent years from other offices. Highly recommend this office!

I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but this is well deserved! I’ve had some rough experiences at dentists in the past, making it very difficult to find one that I fully trust. My initial visit today was fabulous from the very beginning! Jessica was super helpful in getting me in for a cleaning and trying to work me into the schedule for a crown as a new patient. Victoria was super patient and explained everything to me from start to finish. Dr Griffith had great bedside manner and actually took the time to gain rapport and provide a detailed explanation of his findings and upcoming crown procedure. It’s very hard to find a trustworthy dental team who truly care about their patients— Dr Griffith and his team do a great job of this! Very pleased with the service, highly recommend!

Eastside is always polite and accommodating. I have hardly sat in the waiting room, and when I did it was 2-3 minutes. I was in and out fast today. Eastside, you make going to the dentist not so bad. Kudos!!

Absolutely amazing service and people. Such a pleasant experience. Had an emergency wisdom tooth pain and they got me seen in just a few hours. Absolutely the best dentist an office that i have ever been to.

They're a no-shame kind of place. They've made my root canal and crown experience as pleasant as it can be. Super friendly. They answer all my questions and, more importantly, they seem to welcome them. I've been very pleased so far.

Had a bad toothache on a wisdom tooth on a Monday, I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. It needed to be pulled out and the Doc numbed me up and pulled it out right then and there. I was out of there in less than an hour. And there was little to no pain after the anesthesia wore off and on the next day still no pain. I've only taken a couple of Tylenol. Very pleased with the experience and also I'm self pay and it was cheaper than I thought it would be as well.

Phenomenal dental experience! The hygienist was excellent, she took the time to explain all the fine detail work that she was doing and provided great advice on how to better floss and brush. Dr. Griffith and his staff truly care about their patients and make you feel at home in their office. Would highly recommend to all my family and friends.

as soon as i walked in the door they said i had to bring the money back today for my 2 crowns they had ready …. the nurse told me 2x & even thr dr told me … i will see u later today cause u need to bring the money for those 2 crowns & then up front 2 people told me … i had to go get the money for them today & come back … omg there were other clients there it was so embarrassing…they could of called me on the phone before i came in to tell me. … i went & borrowed the cash & brought back that day ( even though i lived on other side of town … it was ridiculous…. i called my ins company & they said they were going to pay all of it … that they did not give them enough information….. put they were paying the full amount so i go embarrassed for no reason…. been going there for several yrs & never have i been so humiliated in my life…..i didnt feel like a welcomed client i felt like i was just money to them … really upset me
