Dr. Haffner and her staff are the most caring dental professionals I've ever visited. I have a troublesome gag reflex, and they did everything possible to make sure I didn't have issues during X-rays and impressions, and everything went fine. I moved to this area last year and picked Lowcountry Dentistry while I was still living in the Midwest. I did that based on the positive reviews I read here. I understand now why the reviews are so positive. I feel very fortunate to have found such a caring and professional dentist. Thank you!!!

Yesterday was my first visit at Lowcountry Dentistry. I was treated with the utmost respect by the receptionists. Rachel, the Dental Assistant was so compassionate and accommodating. Because Dr. Haffner was running a little behind schedule, Dr. Lloyd came into the room, introduced herself and offered to do my gum exam. She was soooo nice. Dr. Haffner made me feel like I was valued as a patient. The Dental Hygienist, Jessica was also very kind and gentle. What I saw in this office was true team work and a group of professionals who truly care about their patients.

I Recently changed Dentist and made the best decision by going with Lowcountry Dentistry. Heard great things about this practice and after speaking with the office personnel she made me realize this was the place for me. She was friendly and answered my many new patient questions. Switching to Lowcountry Dentistry was the best decision and wish I'd made it months or years ago. Typically I have anxiety at the dentist but from the minute I arrived I was calm, relaxed and this was due to the professional staff and their willingness to put the patient first and make them feel comfortable. They know how to turn a dreaded dentist appt into a great dental experience!

This office is amazing. The staff is so incredibly nice and you can tell that everyone who you deal with there genuinely cares about you. The front desk staff are consistently some of the best around, and Dr. Haffner is the most genuine person and wants to make sure you are happy when you leave. I used to live in Summerville, but have since moved to James Island and I wouldn't even THINK of transferring somewhere closer. The drive is well worth it. Definitely recommend!

Best Dental Experience. I had a crown on a Friday afternoon, by Saturday morning it was as if I had no work at all. My mouth wasn't sore and I was able to eat without any discomfort. Dr. Haffner is so gentle and professional. She stopped several times during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you for an awesome experience and a beautiful tooth.
