Received service from them and then 18 months later they sent us a bill for over $300. We have insurance that we gave the information for before we came in for the appointment. They took no money at the appointment and told us that insurance would cover checkup and cleaning 100%.

My appointments are always on time, I sit down and within 10 minutes or less they call my name.
I have found they don’t want to do procedures unless absolutely necessary. They aren’t out to just “get your money”. They explain everything they plan to thoroughly. If a procedure is needed they aren’t the least bit pushy unlike a lot of dentists I have seen to in the past. They let you have a say in what is going on too, I like that. Also, if your teeth aren’t perfect they don’t try to “shame” you into having all kinds of work done. I have been going there for about 10 years and have always had great service. Everyone is smiling and saying hi so it’s a great atmosphere. It seems they all love their jobs and that’s what makes the difference I think.
