I have been a patient at this location for about 3 years now and I love it. Everyone is always so friendly and they greet you by name when you arrive. They don’t push you to get unnecessary services and thoroughly explains the procedures that you do need. Great customer service!

Terrible experience and waste of my time! I made an appointment to have a cleaning and was told the hygienist was "slammed today." Ok, so I am here for what? They wanted to do xrays then have me come back for a cleaning. So, at this point I'm a little frustrated. I'm here for a cleaning but won't be getting one. Then I'm told its because my hygienist is sick so I'll have to come back. No, this establishment should have told me this BEFORE I came in today that they could do my xrays only. Poor customer service. If their way of conducting business is to break up a routine visit into multiple visits that is wrong and I should have been told that when I made my appointment...for a cleaning!

Dr.Rachel Owens, the hygienist, dental assistant and office staff are great. On January 22, 2020, Dr Owens installed two crowns and a partial plate. I was impressed by Dr Owens attention to detail to make sure the partial plate was fitted right to prevent any future problems and the same with the crowns. The dental assistant working with Dr Owens was friendly and professional every step of the process. I highly recommend Trident Dental.

TGD went above and beyond. From the time I made my appt. To the end of appt, they were friendly professional and quick. I got in and they repaired a tooth and made an on site temporary crown in an hour and a half. The receptionists are fun and personable. My tech Kyle was great and explained everything. The Dentist was caring and took her time to explain the procedure.

I love the TGD of Summerville! When I got to their office, the immediately offered me coffee, water, and the restroom and made sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Greenfield and her team were so helpful and explained every aspect of the exam and reasoning for everything. The whole visit was super thorough, better than any other dentist I had ever been to. They really know how to build rapport with their clients. I really can't say enough great things...

The employees here are kind and concerned with my well being, especially the fact that I am uncomfortable in doctor or dentist offices. They listen to me; they're great! I haven't been to the dentist for a while due to $$ concerns. But Trident General has a plan that helps save money. I will stay with them. 😊
