Everyone I encountered was friendly and caring, and the atmosphere was calm and reassuring. I appreciated that the Dr took the time to explain everything they were doing during the exam and talk through things with me and answer the questions I had.

Everything was explained in detail, plans were made, and the most important thing is they checked my insurance right away. That made so I didn't get an unwanted bill. :) They saw I had a full mouth x-ray and called my old dental office and got the x-rays with minutes. Very impressive!

I had a same day appointment with my son, and Alicia was great with him!! She gained his trust early on and he was ready to go back with her to get started even without me as I waited for my appointment at the same time. Seeing the dentist alone is a big feat for a 3 year old and the whole team was great with him!!! My own experience with Lisa was great too!
