I love Kirsten, my hygenist. She is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and for that I give her the five stars. However, I was very disappointed in the other staff with whom I came into contact during my visit. When mask wearing is one of the basic precautions that can be done during the coronavirus crisis, it wasn't evident during my visit. And for that I give them no stars
