Their scheduling has always been on time for me, they send out reminders and confirmations for appointments via text which is super helpful and convenient for me.
Special thanks to my hygienist, she always makes me feel comfortable and doesn’t use scolding/scare tactics that I’ve experienced in the past.
I’m not sure if it’s new or if I’ve just never noticed it before but the patient chair has some shoulder massage action going on which was really nice as it helped distract me from the anxiety of the appointment it self.
