Every staff member was kind and welcoming to me. I am a new patient and was a little apprehensive but any ‘jitters’ were quickly allayed as I met with each staff member. There was no pressure to make a return appointment but only encouragement for me to decide based on their exam results. That was ‘huge’ for me because I came from a dental practice that had recently become a cog in a national chain of practices, where pressure was extremely high to add services and procedures to each patient’s visit. DO NOT RECOMMEND! - had a terrible and humiliating experience with a September 2022 office visit - it appears the policy of this office “is my way or the highway” - minimal listening/ explanations/concerns for patient - they appear to love taking x-rays - even Dr. Neuberger says on her bio page she likes “super power of X-ray vision”
Dental Essence has two dentists, five dental hygienist, 4 dental assistants,
1 office manager and 4 patient relations persons - interesting combination!
This review is provided by a former dental hygienist who knows a lot about office procedures and dynamics! - so if you don’t want to be over-treated and do want to be treated as a valued patient trusting your dentist, skip this office, PLEASE!
