I never thought I'd be leaving such a long-winded review for a dentist, but I promise it's worth the read. When I set my new patient appointment at East Ridge, Brigette asked "is there anyone we can thank for a referral?" and I said "the hundreds of people leaving you 5-star reviews on Google!" I went in on the hunt for someone to slip up, because surely you can't please EVERYONE. From start to finish, the experience was immaculate. Fast forward 3 years & I'm still as impressed. They are proactive in their approach, transparent in their care, & deliver a patient experience like no other. Highly recommend!

I am a relative new patient to East Ridge Dental and I absolutely LOVE IT! The front desk personnel are wonderful as are the hygienists. The couple of cleanings I have had have been quick, but thorough and I never feel as though I am being rushed out the door. Dr. Reckling recently removed a molar and I felt no pain during and very little after. He was very gentle and explained everything he was doing throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend East Ridge Dental to anyone that likes good dental care and working with the best professionals!

I can't believe how amazing everyone in the office was - from the receptionists to the tech to the dentist! Could not recommend this office enough!
I came in without my insurance prepared like I should have, but one of the receptionists helped me find my insurance while another called my previous dentist to get my old x-rays sent over.
The tech was courteous and walked me through scheduling my next appointments and getting me an estimate for some fillings I needed.
The dentist talked me through the fillings I would be getting and said that she would look at my previous x-rays to confirm if there are any cavities that were stable that we could leave alone since I've only ever had one filling before and she didn't want to overwhelm me, which was so kind.

Our family always loves coming to East Ridge Dental! All the staff are very friendly, and even great with kiddos! We love Haley, she is so good with our two young kiddos who can sometimes be apprehensive at the dentist. From the receptionists, dental assistants, hygienists, and Doctors- this office is the best you will find in Sioux Falls!

Good morning. 15 of june I visited your clinic for the regular teeth cleaning.
I do that procedure on a regular basis and I used to do that in a different countries including usa, but this time from the first toll last second I was super disappointed. The lady who did that to me seemed unprofessional to me and I had a feeling that she even didn’t know what she was doing.
She has never asked me how I feel and is it painful. She was trying to rush the process and I had to ask her to use the water machine for cleaning one more time , because first time she did that quickly and it even didn’t last 2 minutes.
All the time I had a feeling that she was trying to get rid of me. I left the clinic with a feeling that my teeth are not clean enough. I was scared to tell her this because she would roll her eyes and say that my teeth are okay.
I feel that I need to do cleaning one more time but my insurance won’t pay for this anymore. What shall I do in this case?

East Ridge Dental did an amazing job of taking care of my teeth! I recently switched from another office because they no longer took my insurance. The hygienist did a fantastic job of making sure I was comfortable and provided service with the best bedside manor! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the maximum out of my insurance benefits. Dr.Reckling did a great job on my fillings on a follow up appointment, he and the assistant took wonderful care of me! If you are looking for an office that truly cares about it's patients Ridge Dental is a great choice!

After doing lots of research and asking around, I decided to choose East Ridge Dental and I was not disappointed! Even though it had been a very long time since I had seen the dentist, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely friendly. My dental hygienist, Angela did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explained everything to me, which made me feel at ease. Dr. Ryon Reckling and his team were amazing. They were very gentle and did a thorough job of cleaning and examining my teeth. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had my very first visit for a cleaning and check up this week. I have never experienced such a friendly and relaxed dental visit before. Angela cleaned my teeth and she is so professional, friendly and I could tell she genuinely cared about me and my overall dental health. The cool scan they did of my teeth to show the wear and how the bite is lining up was totally cool and I have not seen anything like it before! The technology here is awesome! I plan to have my 2 daughters in for an appointment next month I and know that after my experience with Angela and Dr. Seaborn for my cleaning that my Daughter's will be in great hands!
