Friendly staff, my appointments always start promptly, cleaning is thorough and very comfortable. My hygienist asks good questions to evaluate any potential issues I may not think of. Dr. Kusek uses the most up-to-date methods and technology. I receive excellent care and instruction to maintain optimal oral health. I feel confident in requesting additional services if I feel the need. I have never had any issues with insurance or billing. Great care for me for over 20 years!

The staff was so friendly. The receptionist gave my little one a coloring book and it helped her to have fun and stay calms My daughter is only a toddler and was so nervous! Dave did such a great job helping her to have a “fun” experience at the dentist. Dr. Andy was so friendly and reassuring. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Between moving around a lot for grad school and work, and then the pandemic hitting, I had not been to the dentist in at least 3 years. Based on previous experiences with dentists, I was worried they might be "judgy" especially regarding my lack of dental care, but it was exactly the opposite. Everyone there was so kind and it's like entering a family friend's house when you walk in. My dental hygienist was Patty and I cannot say enough good things about her! She did an extremely thorough job and even had me come back in for a second cleaning to finish removing buildup. She reassured me that my teeth look great and I take great home care of my teeth and that the buildup was likely due to not having had a deep cleaning at a dentist in years. Dr. Schuiteman was very welcoming and kind, and he and Patty spoke with me about wisdom teeth removal and understood I was nervous about it but they helped put my mind at ease and I was able to get an appointment for next month. The front desk staff is amazing as well. I am living in Sioux Falls for a temporary job, so I likely won't be here forever and I am already bummed about not being able to have this place as my dentist forever. HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I have already told coworkers, friends, etc about this place :)

Office staff is wonderful to work with to get appointments set up and payments taken care of. One of the best, least stressful, cleanings and exams I've ever had! Everyone is friendly, explains what is going on and what they are doing thoroughly. Office is inviting and relaxing. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend this office!

Great place and caring people. For my implant, charged me 3000$ which is half of what Aspen Dental asked. Dr. Kusek does all the procedures in house. Will recommend to anyone.

Professional and knowledgeable. The procedure was quick, and the office runs like a well-oiled machine! I appreciated how the technician explained how the appointment would go before the dentist came in, as this was our first appointment.

Dr Kusek did my 15 month old son's lip and tongue tie procedure. They were so friendly and made sure that we were all comfortable before going ahead with the procedure! Very friendly staff at the front desk, the nurses and Dr Kusek himself! Also very impressed with forms of communication. Whether it be by phone, email or text, you are aware of everything going on. I had a question for the nurse and got a call back pretty quickly. Very happy with our care!

I've been a patient of Dr. Kusek's for 30 years and have always received excellent care. The entire staff is friendly and highly trained to guarantee a comfortable experience and the very best technology is used for precision in dentistry. They are so good that sometimes I wish I could get my teeth cleaned more than twice a year! Thanks for the great service!

I would give dr. Kusek a 5 star review. The procedure was awesome and just what we needed. However, our overall experience was a 1 star. The billing department is very difficult to work with. They did not work well, nor communicate well with our health share company and us. We were told multiple times we would not be charged late fees because we were working with insurance and then we’d get a bill with late fees attached. We called their office to discuss it and left a message only to be told they never got our message. Health share company experienced the same thing. Unfortunately because of this experience I will be using and recommending another dentist. Dr. Kusek is amazing but be prepared for a long drawn out nightmare if you don’t self pay everything up front.

I have worked with Kusek Dental in two separate occasions and while the staff is nice the billing process both times has been horrible, drug out, and not as communicated. I will never recommend this clinic from the billing headache this caused on two separate occasions over the course of 3 years. What a nightmare. We are very familiar with medical billing, processes, etc. and I have never dealt with a provider having such a messed up billing process. It doesn’t matter how good the visit is if there is a nightmare that comes for years after trying to handle the billing portion itself.
