My visit at Dr. Moulds was one of professionalism, friendly and caring service. My dental plan was via reimbursement after payment and I had no idea who took paperwork on this, but Nancy the hygienist informed me that informed me that they had the paperwork in their office and was happ to have it completed and send it to my place of employment.. My other dentist office only showed interest in collecting what they thought insuruwould not cover. I'm so glad my husband and I found Dr. Moulds Dentist office.

I’ve been using Moulds Family Dentistry for dental work and cleanings for nearly 2 decades. Dr. Moulds is magic with the novocaine. Nothing he’s ever done was the least bit painful. The hygienist does a great job too. Front desk is always helpful and friendly. I hope to keep using them for many years to come. I’ve no reason to even consider going elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience with this dentist. I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result I use a wheelchair. I have also had 22 surgeries in the past 10 years. This has taken a toll on my teeth, plus my mouth is deformed. I will have to get implants soon, but I needed 3 teeth pulled that day. First off her tried to talk us out of implants because he doesn't do them. He refused to refer us to someone who could. As for my tooth extraction, he started saying that he didn't want to work on me because I am so severely disabled. I offered to let him speak to my Dr who gave me the okay, plus I have already had 8 teeth pulled recently. Then he started yelling that I couldn't dictate to him what to do. I told him that it is my body and I have to live with the consequences of what is done to my teeth. Then he started talking over me to my husband and asked if I was always a witch. That's when we left. Also during my exam he didn't seem to understand what had already been done to my teeth despite it being obvious. My front tooth had a root canal with a post build up. The cap had fallen off so it was all visible and the front of my remaining tooth had fallen off as well. The dentin was exposed and extremely painful. He said it was a normal tooth without any work and I simply needed to brush more. In short, he is both incompetent and rude.
