Arlington Dental - Cordova

I have so many wonderful things to say about Arlington Dental! I honestly have never experienced this level of care with any dental practice. Every single employee I talked with was friendly and helpful. During my x-rays and photographs, they shared the photos on a TV and explained everything. This helped me fully understand what their findings were and their transparency put me at ease. Thank you guys for going above and beyond!

As always my experience was wonderful. That may sound strange when talking about a dental visit I guess. But, the service is always on point. The staff are warm, friendly, and caring. The wait is little to none. This is the best dentist office by far! I highly recommend them.

Arlington Dental is by far, the best dentist I've ever visited. They treat you great, super friendly staff, easy to schedule appointments, and they really care about their patients. They really strive on a pain free environment. I would recommend them to any and all of my family and friends. 5 stars all the way!

The service was impeccable. Dr. Whitlock is awesome. He saw my daughter previously and she had such a great experience that I decided to make an appointment. From the front to back, everyone was so kind and positive. I work in health care and it is so great to visit a place that values customer service.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Whitlock for our regular cleanings and fillings and he and his staff have always done a great job.

I recently had a dental emergency, however, and Dr. Whitlock and staff went above and beyond to take care of it. They got me in quickly, helped me make a plan, and put me at ease. So thankful.

I love Arlington Dental! Dr.Whitlock and the staff are amazing! Mrs. Nikki always remembers who I am when I walk in, which makes me feel so welcomed! Mrs. Lee is always so kind and informative! I can’t remember the hygienists name that I saw during my cleaning (she helps out when someone is out) but she was so informative and kind! Dr. Whitlock truly cares about your dental health and is so down to earth! Everyone there is phenomenal! The office is always so clean and since it’s the holiday season had cute decorations up! They offer Invisalign too! I am currently on my Invisalign journey and I am loving the results! So glad I started going to Arlington Dental!

Just left today and STILL Dr. Whitlock and the ladies in the office are the BEST EVER…I love this office ..Im dental shy but I appreciate the confidence they help me feel with the realistic affordable treatment plan for restoration of my desired smile! The work is always beautiful quality, professional and as painless as possible! I highly recommend!

When I called to set an appoint the lady asked me what my insurance was. Normal so far, but when I told her what it was she said we accept it. It was attena. I responded telling her you might not. She told me that she would call and check with my insurance company and call back. I received a call back that same afternoon with her saying they accept my insurance and let’s set an appointment. Moving forward past my visit. I received a bill which wasn’t right my insurance company should have taken care of everything like the lady said. Expecially since she took my insurance card and made a copy of it and said we take it. Expecially since she said that she knows all about insurance and it to mention what there office accepts and what they don’t accept. Now I still dont understand why they said its all my fault when the front desk lady and office manager said she confirmed my insurance and it was all good....
