Would give no stars, but don't think that's an option. Should be a warning that things will not go well when after the dentist exam, instead of the dentist talking to you about treatment plans, the business manager does. And very quickly they are trying to get you signed up for finance plan. They actually broke my temporary denture, did not apologize for it, and I had to call numerous times and threaten to ask for money back to get it fixed. Permanent denture is longer than the temporary and is still difficult to wear. Tried to get it adjusted, but instead of being able to go in time to have it adjusted (was told that would be the case when first agreed to denture) had trouble getting appointment. During one visit when I said it did not fit right, technician just put as much adhesive in the denture as she possibly could, and had trouble getting it out. The positive reviews must be by people who work there or are related to someone who works there. As far as I can tell, Aspen Dental is only interested in getting your money, and when they get it, you're not important any more. Get proper care and something for your money, go somewhere else for you dental care.

My visit to Aspen Dental was to take care of pain I have in a tooth. I took the earliest appointment 4 days later. My experience with the staff and Dr was great. They clearly explained what was going on with my teeth and that I needed antibiotics for an infection before they could do any work. They had me right down the address of the pharmacy to send the antibiotic to. I waited a couple hours and went to the pharmacy where I was told they didn't have a prescription. By this time the dentist was closed. The next day, still in major pain, I called 4x to have it corrected. Each time being told they'd call it in but the pharmacy never got it. At this point, still in major pain, I am thinking about going to another dentist and having the future services I paid for refunded.

My experience with Aspen Dental was a A+ service was great. As soon as you get there they are calling you to the back. Everything is up to date personal was polite and very welcoming. My only suggestion would be to offer the patients glasses when doing a procedure that requires anything that can get in the eyes.

I had a tooth extraction done a couple of days ago. I could not believe how professional, Caring. And painless the whole process was. All the staff was great from the front to all the technicians and dentist in the back. I would recommend anyone to go there.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:15am and it was 8:45 am and I was still waiting, so I asked how much longer it would be and they said shortly. They took me in at 9:10 am. I was not too happy. Although they apologized for the long wait after I had asked. They should have at least acknowledged that they were running behind and not have me wait so long and wonder.

My experience with Aspen Dental was an excellent one. The entire staff is so nice, helpful, and friendly. I met Dr. Cynthia Brown first. She is very nice! On my next visit, I met Dr. Dudley. He performed my procedure. He made me feel sooo relaxed. He really made sure that I was comfortable and felt secure during the procedure. The entire staff from the receptionist, the dental hygienists, to the financial representative, everyone is just so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Iv Gone to the same dentist for years , and the only reason I switched is because They sold the company. I'm Not To Welcoming To New Comers But I Decided To Give Aspen Dental A Try. Everyone In the Front Was Great also Leading To the assistance , But When I came down To Me Getting My Cavities Filled I felt as if I was just a in and out situation. My tooth Still Hurts and also she was in-between being nice and rude I felt as if my concerns didn't matter . I say All This To Say I will Be Finding another Company As My primary

It was a nightmare. I left in ten times more pain than I arrived in. The hygienist kept telling me she'd "let me take a break" which meant she had to go take care of other multiple patients, while I sat there for hours until my numbing shots wore off. By the times she would return I felt EVERYTHING. so she finally gave me more shots and missed my gums, got my lip instead. Which I tried to tell her and the dentist over and over again. It was shrugged off. In the paperwork the ask "are you interested in learning about our whitening"? If you check yes they just go ahead and charge you for it. By the time I was finished (9 hours later) I had to sit in the lobby and listen to the staff complain and gossip. The normal pain medication that is prescribed for my procedure was refused and I was basically treated like a cow in a beef mill. Do NOT go to Aspen. I promise
