If Reed Family Denistry “treat(s) people, not just teeth,” they would not be threatening to turn me, a divorced Mom to two children who has custody of both children, a teacher, a native of Tipton County, who pays $5 every month toward my $350 bill to Reed FD over to collections. Also, I only went to them l begin with because I had a tooth on Saturday that wouldn’t let me eat it hurt so bad and my regular dentist wasn’t available. Then they said I needed more work. I went back to them: mistake. Ten they said I needed $1000s of work. At that point I decided to go back to my regular dentist who told me I didn’t need any of that work done.

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, but Kelsey and Dr Kevin put my mind at ease and educated me on many ways to prevent more extensive dental proceedures to be needed. Would and already have recommended.

Just spent $128 to find out I have a cavity on a wisdom tooth Taylor Reed will not pull or fill .He wants to send me to an oral surgeon. My mouth is not small, I don't see why I need to travel to Memphis or Jackson for one tooth but I will shop around and see if I can find a dentist that won't faint at the sight of blood ! BTW he did not do an examination on the rest of my teeth and looked at a set of blurry x-rays (or so the hygienist said) to evaluate the tooth in question as he only spent a total of one or maybe two minutes looking inside my mouth.(Update) After speaking to my wife after,I learned she saw DR. EMALIE BENT who cut out a wisdom tooth with no problem. Sorry I did not see her!! I would LOVE a refund on services NOT rendered ! BTW here is the response from them :We are responding to your request for a refund. Dr. Kevin Reed and Dr. Taylor Reed have reviewed your chart and feel the charges were fair for the services performed. You were charged for a limited exam and an xray (which we actually took 3 but charged for 1). We obviously have a difference of opinion and we wish you well in finding a dentist to meet your needs. (The first x-ray was flawed as well as the next one as it was very blurry and I don't see anyone in this profession who would be able to see the cavity ) BTW this business only has seven reviews which in my opinion speaks for itself....
