Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr. Friedman explains everything beforehand and also during the work. All my questions were answered and they made sure I was aware of next steps before I left. Having to find a new dentist can be daunting but Dr. Friedman and his staff made the adjustment easy and we have been nothing but pleased.

Dr Friedman is very gently all the time! And everyone in his team are amazing! Very professional Mrs Stacy did my cleaning today she was amazing! And Mrs Tracy is so sweet! The receptionist are very kind too!

The staff is wonderful very pleasant and helpful. I am writing this for my husband who just had his tooth pulled by Dr. Friedmann. My husband is extremely frightened of the dentist and has had traumatic experiences in the past leading to his fear of getting any dental work done. Dr. Friedmann and the entire staff at Hermitage dental group made my husband and I feel very relaxed safe and confident about the way they were treating my husbands dental needs. My husband knew from his past with dental work that he would need some sort of sedation dentistry in order to get work done, this is now our go to primary dentist for my husband. They made sure that he wasn’t an anxious the night before and arriving for his appointment. They waited till he was fully sedated before starting any procedures in the office and they treated his safety in concerns with the upmost care. They have gained a patient for life as far as I’m concerned my husband was very happy with the way the extraction went. 10/10 in all areas

Would really avoid this place if you can. I went here a few years back and was told I had numerous cavities which was wild to me because I've never had even one before. I went ahead and had two filled, but they dosed me up so much that I felt incredibly sick. Also, the dentist and an assistant sat gossiping for much of my visit. It felt like it took ages. So long that eventually I asked to use the restroom, to which they said no just wait a few more minutes. An hour and a half after that, they finally finished up between all of the gabbing. I hated the experience so much that I didn't return to any dentists for years. I finally caved and went elsewhere this past week, where I learned I have no cavities at all contrary to what this doctor said. It leads me to believe I had filings put in for no reason. I figured it was just a bad experience and I wouldn't bother what a review, but I get spam calls from these folks more than I talk to my own mama. I always ask them to remove me from any lists, but a month later and I'm back to getting calls. This place is scummy in my opinion.

I’ve had good service here, but I’m finding another dentist. Make sure your appointment is actually booked, and don’t be late or you won’t get scheduled again for two months. Also make sure you actually need any procedures they recommend. A second opinion is always a sound option.

Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. Dr. Friedmann is amazing, explains what he's going to be doing, makes sure that you are comfortable, and he is by far the most gentle dentist I have ever been to.

Let me just say that if you have a fear of the dentist like I do and have been putting off going because of that fear, sedation dentistry is the way to go!!! After I got my work done and they were taking me to the car I asked “where are we going he hasn’t even done anything yet” but yet I had already been there for 2 hours lol. I went in to get the cleaning they have to do below your gum line due to gum disease. I didn’t feel a thing, not even the numbing shots. I don’t have a lot of soreness, nothing advil can’t deal with. I will no longer put off going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Friedman and his team!!

They did accommodate my situation well, with a medical boot on my foot. The office staff was great. The hygienist was very thorough and very friendly.

Dr. Friedmann and his staff are wonderful and were able to work me in the day after I called with a cracked tooth and was in a lot of pain. The procedure was done quickly and professionally and my pain was alleviated! I cannot recommend and Thank them enough.

I would not recommend coming here. My daughter needed multiple visits for cavities. The front desk worker was very condescending and made highly inappropriate comments. The hygienists working with her didn't believe her when she said she wasn't feeling well and she ended up throwing up on them and herself. Every single time they quoted me a price, it was always different after the procedure. Would not recommend!
