Not a bad visit at all today, as far as dentists go. There was a little bit of a scheduling issue but luckily I called ahead to verify my appointment before my visit. Otherwise, I wouldn't have an appointment down even though it was initially set up last Tuesday. The staff was great and I have the utmost faith in the dentist here. I'll still be leaving my options open though when my insurance kicks in.

Couldn't ask for a better dentist and staff! Every procedure I have had done has went super smoothly, no complaints here!! He did an implant on me and it was painless and turned out amazing! One stop since they make the crowns in office!

Nice and easy extraction. Staff was great, office had an "older" look and feel but the operation went smooth. From appointment to post op was under 45mins, Including X-Ray.

I am more than appreciative for services rendered by Dr. Scallion at Regional Dental—Jackson, TN.
I recently had some work done, 2 weeks later—that work clearly wasn’t as smooth as hoped. Called the office, Tonya set an appointment for the following day.
Dr. Scallion examined my concerns and agreed, he re-did the entire procedure without additional charges.
The attention, compassion and friendly professional service at Regional Dental has been consistent and reliable.
Integrity appears to be the standard.

Regional Dental and Walmart insurance do not mix well together, Walmart insurance said I was covered then decided not to pay them Regional, then Regional decided to charge me sound familiar, I call Regional Dental for them to do a professional courtesy and transfer my records to another dental office they said they will not do it because I owe them money which I do not because my insurance said that it was covered, this place is awful and janky and they ended up hurting my wife her mouth she is still in pain and they say that they don't have any problem and there is nothing to do with the filling that fell out I saw the filling, don't waste your time go to Complete Dental Care they're the best

My experience with Regional Dental Associates has been the best experience I could have asked for. The staff are very sweet and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Scallions is a wonderful dentist and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing dental work done. I had 8 teeth removed, 3 fillings, and an upper denture put in. I expected it to take hours. In about an hour we were through with all. He did NOT hurt me at all!(which was a first for me at a dentist!) Of course the shots are always uncomfortable but that's to be expected. He made sure all was numb completely before proceeding. I expected to have a lot of swelling and a lot of pain for a few days. This has not been the case at all. I've had very little swelling. I had the procedure done yesterday. I was in quite a bit of pain once the feeling came back but only had to take 2 doses of the pain meds after getting home yesterday. Today I have only had to take the pain med once. He did a really great job! And on top of that, he thought he might have to surgically remove a few but that ended up being only one so my bill was actually cheaper than I had expected. The denture his lab created matched my bottom teeth perfectly in color and I'm really pleased with the sizing and shape. I just can't recommend them enough!! So glad I gave them a shot!!

I previously gave them a good review however my last visit left me in agonizing pain and little remorse for my post op complications. The assistant was rude and act as if I was getting on her nerves. I had 2 teeth extracted and developed a dry socket and instead of being seen when I needed help immediately they couldn't see me at the time. When I was able to be seen my socket was packed and no further instructions were given to me, i was told i didn't need to return after that. The following morning the packing fell out and the pain was back. I called again to try to be seen but was told I couldn't be until 2 more days. After days of relentless pain I gave up and decided to seek care from another office. The dentist overall is nice but his assistant isn't. I spoke with my insurance company about some billing issues because they billed me for a second exam when I should've been billed under a different code according to them.
