White Oak Dental

My husband and I moved to TN 2 yrs ago. I went to the same dentist for 40 yrs and looking for a new dentist was a little scary. White Oak put me to rest. My first appointment went smoothly. My second was to extract four teeth, I was so nervous. Dr. Smith and his staff were fantastic and set my mind at ease and everything went great. Thank you Dr. Smith and staff for a wonderful new beginning.

I had the best treatment I've ever experienced here, staff, dentist, I couldn't have went to a better place and plan on going back for my dentures, they truly are the best!!! Thank you White oak dentistry

Great place, had a lot of work done here, always been pleased with the outcome & everyone here is very nice & professional. Definitely would recommend these folks to anyone needing dental services.

This was my first experience the lady in the office was great, the hygiene was rough when my teeth were already hurting, i took the apt with the knowledge i would get my tooth that was hurting fixed an so when the cleaning got done i was hurting worse. He came in pretty much acted like i never touched my teeth said you have a cavity in almost every tooth.. me trying to explain it was some meds.. so as i pay 113 for a clean and that was suppose to be half off so hmmm.. then i kinda wait to see what i can do an he was gonna have to start it an me come back to finish they wanted half down on $1640.00 i told them i could pay 200 plus for my visit today, the girl was so nice she said i will ask him if he can work something out she comes back and says he said he would love to but couldn’t.. i know he thought i didn’t try with my teeth but i do .. i already had called my sister my family and was trying to get my kids in but now.. i did get a little bit of insurance but called the one in Albany he said come on i will work with you.. that’s what it takes with these big bills on teeth ppl can’t afford it with no insurance.. i waisted my 113.00 bucks there today all i have done is hurt worse.. don’t like to do reviews but this had burnt me today, i was so excited to get so disappointed..

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this dentist's office. The staff is friendly and very accomodating and the dentist is very throrough and personable. Highly recommend!

5 Stars!! I am the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist and Dr Brandon Smith and his team are the absolute best!!!! I will never put it off again! First deep cleaning that I could eat the very next day.

I had a tooth pulled there but afterwards i was still in alot of pain. So I called them and was told to see an oral surgeon, instead of just checking it out i was shunned. It bothered me for months until a piece of tooth finally worked its way out of my gums. He left a piece of tooth, wouldn't check it out when I complained, and the staff was rude when I called to complain about the pain I was still in.

I had a tooth pulled, the dentist and staff was great, they are a good place to go for dentistry work.
