I had a dental emergency. They worked me into their schedule. The office is well run. And all the people worked with me to create a repair plan..I was very pleased.

This dentist office I highly recommend. They are honest and do really good quality work. The dentist their is highly skilled. Would recommend this place to anyone. Staff is friendly and very helpful as well.

The dr was very caring and eager to please. He was thorough with his explanations of how and why. We really appreciated that.

Best dental hygienist ever! I told her I had sensitive teeth and she took great care to keep me comfortable throughout my cleaning. Dentist very professional and low-key. Highly recommend

Received a bill from my daughter's dental visit for 4/22/22, when she was checked for issues post wisdom teeth extraction at another dental office.

Funny thing is, my wife worked there during that time and supposedly employees and their immediate families don't have to pay anything for dental care outside of what insurance pays while employed. But lo and behold, I get a bill because she no longer works there. I would understand getting a bill for a visit AFTER she left, but not before. She was still an employee on 4/22, hence the reason for even getting the x-ray there because her oral surgeon was closed, which was very nice of him to do even though he did not do the surgery.

I paid it, but it's the principle that their perks don't apply if you leave apparently, even if it occurred when the employee was still there.

Ive had one visit at this office which was fine. Decent practice and no issues.

My second appointment was scheduled for today at 1pm. I got a text notification that they needed to reschedule my appointment with a subsequent notification to confirm my appointment date and time, which I did, so naturally I assumed that they no longer needed to reschedule.

This office isn’t close to me but Dr Chesney went to my high school so I decided to make the trip to this office.

I got to the office a few minutes ago and the receptionist immediately started in on me saying they had called and left me multiple messages that they needed to reschedule acting like it was my fault I was there. She then asked if my name was Alex - which it isn't - and she had mixed me up with another patient has I had received no calls or notifications after my appointment was confirmed.

I was supposedly supposed to know that they wouldn’t be there because they moved to half days on Wednesday 3 months ago...I only go to the dentist twice a year with an appointment made 6 months in advance so, no, I didn’t know that.

She said it was because they have an automated system although I’ve gotten text messages on that same number that were from a person.

Regardless, at my work if we have an appointment still on the books that is invalid and has not been cancelled with the patient then we call and let them know ahead of time which was not done.

So I spent close to an hour of drive time, time away from work, and gas between the trip to the office and back all because they didn’t make a phone call yesterday or the day before when they saw my appointment still scheduled for a time they wouldn’t be in the office..

I’m not a demanding patient but I expect more when a mistake that they were aware of can be avoided with one phone call.

If I were to not show up for an appointment then I would get charged for a no show - but when they make a mistake nothing happens even though it costs me a lot of time, gas, and inconvenience now that I have to schedule another appointment around work.

May come back but probably going to look for another practice that isn’t as careless

I was very pleased with the care I received while at Chesney Dentistry. I was not clear on my problem when I initially called their office, but they quickly rearranged things once I was there and took care of my needs. They also set up a plan for my necessary work and coordinated same with my insurance provider. The office is clean and comfortable and easy to get to. The staff was extremely nice and very professional and there was almost no wait. I would highly recommend Chesney Dentistry.

The office and staff is great, no waiting at all, clear bills and so. But the best part for me is that it was the first time in my entire life when I felt NOTHING! Dr Chesney and his nurse did amazing job!

The staff and Dr. Nathan are always upbeat and very kind. We would suggest / recommend this office to antone wanting a great team.

Everything was great. The office personal were very nice. The hygienist was great and did a very thorough job. Dr. Chesney was wonderful, and I would trust him very much.
