Horrible . Went today was very aggressive and demanding. Make you feel pressured. The interior of the place looks just like the outside ridiculous, old and dirty . Get to the back hoping it will look better . Dentist instruments had dust on them and was rusty . I felt very uncomfortable but I rather deal with the pain then deal with they bulls**** . HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Nothing Has Changed But The Amount Of Patients They Have Lost .

Went in in.march nerve tooth pain..Wanted tooth pulled. Dr Sykes insisted on trying to do root channel but failed to find nerve packed hole sent me to another dentist did bunch of x-rays filed tooth down then gave me dental plan for over 9,000 my portion. Still no tooth pulled took antibiotics pain killers but nerve pain still.. 7 am today nerves went ham!!! drove around waiting for 9 am they booked?! Waited any ways. Couldn't eat rice meat only eggs tamales & burrito soft stuff can't talk ( air ) can't drink (cold) waited from 2 until 5 wouldn't even numb me took 5 to 6 ppl before me. I left. Never again.

First of all the receptionist was making calls to verify your insurance information at the front desk on the speaker phone,you could hear your date of birth and what your insurance plan covered and your co pay. When you finally get to the back it's filthy rust at the bottom of the dental chair and equipment, the dental chair was filthy with white substance all on the back, not sanitary at all. I didn't get to meet Dr. Sykes but he needs to do better with the appearance of the office and the professionalism of his staff.

I did not go I was calling to inquire about a new patient appointment. I preferably wanted a black woman. I was greeted on the phone by someone talking to someone else in the background, I then was told that no new patients were been excepted until December. I’m a firm believer in “ it’s not what you say, but how you say it”. Had she been more professional I would have held back until to December, but Nope! It was the receptionist!! Not the doctor I have an issue with the receptionist cost the doctor a client

He is a good dentist regardless of what people say, yes it is a old building located in a low income area but sometimes hood Doctors are the best Doctors, my Parents dealt with Dr Sykes for a very long time with no complaints..

HORRIBLE. I literally walked out and told them to cancel. Came in as a new patient wanted to support locally in my neighborhood, it was junky mess everywhere in the back the chairs were at-least 20 years old with material missing holes in it. The dental assistant pretty much walked off and told me to go into another room when she learned I had a gag reflex. It has a horrible smell to it, the tv was so loud you could hear it as soon as you get out to car and I was subjected to watching trash TV (Jerry Springer) unprofessional environment. Hot and stuffy. I could literally go on but do yourself a favor and find another location. I’m assuming the 5 star ratings are family members or church members who are lying through their teeth

If I could give it a negative I would. THAT PLACE NEED 2 BE SHUT DOWN.I had an appointment 2 get my aching tooth pulled 2day. Now I am aware that it is not located in the best area but STILL it should look decent. I walk in and there is a taped hole in the wall. But I thought well ok the back could be better. They finally call and have me.to sit in the dentist chair that looked like tooth flakes were on the seat. As the nurse placed the cover for the xray over me I began lppkimg around more and dust was on the implements and the machines that is suppose to go into your mouth. I JUST said Ooh hellll naw. And got up and left. The sad thing is he had alreadyseen 6 or 7 patients befor me

Love this doctor! He's well experienced, does great work, and he loves what his job! What better person to do the, than a person who enjoys what they do?! I highly recommend this doctor! Don't judge a book by it's cover!!!
