My husband went in to get an extraction (bc apparently the dentist last name Morris said he didn’t know how to fix his tooth so had to pull it) 😣 his appointment was at 11:30 am he got there at about 10:45 and waited which was fine and understandable, they finally called him back at 12:30 and when he was in the chair everyone left the room so he went to the bathroom and all of a sudden a nurse starts banging on the door trying to get in there saying he can’t use this restroom because it’s for staff, there was no sign or disclosure saying it’s for the staff so now she’s attempting to get in the locked door yelling at my husband to get out. he went back to the room to tell the dentist what had just occurred he was now saying he had an infection and wanted him on meds first before pulling but that’s not what he just told my husband before?? My husband was annoyed at this point because he’s in major pain then the dentist said to him “well I’m not going to pull it because you have an attitude” like WHAT! He refused my husband treatment because he had an attitude after a nurse practically broke down the door as he was using the restroom. Ridiculous patient care and if I could give them a 0 star I would!!!! This whole entire staff needs to be fired including the dentist they should just close down because that is so unacceptable

I have been waiting nearly 10 years to write this review. I first went to the Keith Morris Family Dentistry location in Cordova back in 2013. He performed a root canal and I’ve been suffering ever since. The root canal that he and his assistant bragged about completing in a record time was done within 20 minutes tops. A month later an abscess formed at the root of the tooth that would bother me for a decade. After the pocket burst the first time I went to the Raleigh location and he basically did nothing. I was young and didn’t know any better, but I should have sued. Since then I have been to dentists in other states, but no one could figure out what to do. In 2021, I finally saw an emergency endodontist in Flint, Michigan that changed my life. He told me that Dr. Morris had left a file in my mouth and that was the source of the discomfort that I had been experiencing for years. Please stay away from this dental office if possible.

I have never did a review on a company but this was such a bad Dentist I had to write. I had been in pain for two weeks. It got so bad that I left work to find a dentist. I have insurance and I went there for an emergency. The dentist came in and started telling everything I needed done to my teeth to the tune of 2000.00. Then when he was leaving out the room , I asked him what about the pain. Can I get some antibiotic and pain meds? He said he didn't see why I was hurting when his aid just said she saw it. He finally gave me antibiotics but would not give me pain meds. He did nothing for me but I'll bet he billed my insurance. This office is like a cattle call, get them in and out. He said I had 2000.00 worth of damage to my teeth but He could not see why i was in pain. I ended up missing another day at work until the antibiotic kicked in.

Welp! I absolutely love Morris! I had two teeth pulled in the same day, no pain at all. I was prescribed pain meds, but didn’t need those either. I’ve never had a problem with this dentist!

I went to this Dentist at the Frayser location big mistake on my part. I didn’t know anything about this dentist office other than it was in my neighborhood. I was having severe pain from a cracked tooth in the back of my mouth. I went in to have it pulled it costed me 230.00 with no insurance. I had the tooth pulled despite me feeling that the environment or the staff wasn’t very professional the assistance seemed more like they was learning. The female at the desk very unprofessional the Dentist just seemed like a person running a barbershop not very concerned with the pain or what I had to say. The Dentist pulled my teeth prescribed me some pain meds and I was expecting to feel better within a few days this didn’t happen.. I called the office about three days later to let them know I was still having severe pain even though the teeth was pulled. I was told to come in for a follow up he check my mouth said it looked fine and that the pain was a part of the healing process. I asked if there was anything he could prescribe me for pain at this point I couldn’t sleep at night I was told to buy some oral gel I went through 4 tubes in a weekend. I called the next week because at this point I knew I shouldn’t be still hurting this bad I go back to the office Dentist Morris tells me nothing he can do for me he can’t prescribe me anything for pain he can refer me to an oral surgeon well at least he could do that. I won’t get into what the oral surgeon did because that’s another review but I am in week 3 still having spasms in the right side of my face that radiates from my temple through my ear all among my jaw. I only sleep 30 minutes at at time and wake up from a sharp pain that feels like someone is stabbing in my ear all along the side of my face my throat is sore from the position I hold my mouth in when I feel the sharp pain it comes and goes all day. I can’t eat on the right side of my face, I can’t stand for the cover to even brush up against the side of my face, talking is a obstacle and my speech is slurred. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m hurting as I write this review please beware.

They gave me dentures that fit a horses mouth and then didn’t want to fix them or give me a refund. Payed $2,500 for those loose dentures

I hate to say it but Dr.Morris is not worth a star I got 2 root canals from and both of them wasn't done right im in pain now because I have to get them surgically removed I went to 3 dentist and they said he didn't do my root canals right so now I'm paying for it Dr Morris is all for the money and not the people

If you are in pain because of a tooth problem, get some peppermint oil...or peppermint food coloring...Been using it for many years..it is something that deaden the wounds by ridding the bacteria..
