My hygienist is always so nice and very gentle. The wait is never long, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Kutas is excellent, too. I've never had a moment of pain or discomfort in that office. I do highly recommend this practice.

My entire experience with Dr. Kutas was not good. The dentist barely spoke a word to me before or after the procedure. Not a single person asked any questions pertaining to my dental health. The dentist was rushed and very rough when handling my teeth, which I have never experienced before at any other dentistry. Due to the rushed procedure, I was inadequately numbed before he started drilling, which caused me pain and increased anxiety. The hospitality and customer service was absolutely terrible. I will not be returning to this dentistry ever again.
*Update: looks like I will be returning to this dentistry because my filling came out 4 weeks after getting it replaced

I have been to this dentist twice in the last month and have been very impressed. If your appointment is at 9, you are seen at 9. Also, the second visit was my very first time getting dental work ever and it was almost painless. I really felt like I had worried for nothing. As my teeth are in bad shape I am planning on being at the dentist's office a lot more this year. And I must say I feel very safe and secure with my teeth in Dr. Kutas' care.

I started going to Dr. Kudos when I first moved to Memphis. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. I've moved so that it is now a half hour drive to go there, but there is no way I'll switch dentists. It's worth the drive.

Urgent care was needed and staff got me in quickly. Second focus was getting insurance handled for peace of mind. Dr was more concerned for my well being then just getting the job done. He provided meds to clear up infection in order to perform extraction upon his return to the office. Super experience and I will continue to come here for my dental needs. Staff is awesome.

Of my 2 visits, I did not once feel as welcome. Nobody seemed as if they wanted to be there. The billing lady on the way out was the best! My dental work (filling) gives me discomfort when I bite down on it. Based on reviews, I thought my experience would be better, but it wasn't.

I can write a whole article on how my 20 min visit was the worst and most useless, waste of time I've ever had at a dentist.
To paraphrase, the staff was rude and short with me. The doctor came in after my xray, and never even peeped around my field of vision to introduce himself. I literally never saw his face. He took one look at the picture, and basically said he couldn't pull my tooth that was in pain. Sent me to a surgeon instead. Thanks for nothing.
Paid $50 for an xray that my normal dentist could've sent over. Another month of waiting in pain now. I thought I called an "EMERGENCY" dentist. Why would they call themselves that, if there's no surgeon on site?! Don't waste your time or money here regardlessof what you're coming in for.
They don't care about patients. They leave personal info laying around and open on the computer screens for anyone to see. Another issue I had with them.
