The location, building, and inside of the practice was nice, however, the two young ladies that are supposed to be the receptionist are very childish. One was not friendly, welcoming, or energetic, very dull, and somewhat rude. The other was overly friendly, a little loud, and was too close on me when going through the door and in the room. I need my space not to be rubbed against with your chest. I do not like when women do that at all like move and let me get by. Anyway, the dental hygienist was pretty cool, although I heard a co-worker ask one of the ladies was he going to be there all day like he was a problem. So unprofessional but they all look pretty young with a lot of room for growth. The dental hygienist assistant which seemed like a student was very lazy and did not speak at all. She was yawning as I was getting my teeth cleaned and wasn't paying much attention. Dr. Cosby seemed like a good dentist although she just did a quick exam, as I didn't need any work done.

Dr. Cosby is excellent. Always makes you feel comfortable and informed. Always laughing, joking and reassuring. The dental hygienist is always nice and very personable. No one likes going to the dentist but they make it hard not to like visiting them.

I had an appointment at 11, I arrived at 10:45 as advised when I made the appointment. At 12:10 I still had not been seen. Keep in mind another patient came in around 11:45 and was called to the back about 15mins after they arrived. I refuse to do business with anyone that doesn't value my time. I can't arrive at 12 if my appointment is at 11. The only reason I'm giving them 2 star's is because the young ladies at the front desk were nice. I really hate that too because I chose them because they are so close to my home.

Absolutely the ambiance of this place. The level of professionalism and the staff and always friendly. Dr.Cosby has been my taking care of my family for a few years now and we are lifetime customers of hers.

Unfortunately I was not able to use Superor Smiles of Memphis. After researching the practice I attempted to make an appointment. I was told that they do not take my insurance. I contacted my provider who told me that they were a participating practice and that they would pay any claim submitted.
I called back and told the receptionist this information and she told me that they would submit a claim but I would be responsible for anything that they did not cover. While I believe my provider would pay the claim, it is not worth the hassle of a practice that does not want my business or does not know what insurances they accept, and which they do not. Maybe this is a sign that I would be avoiding future complications.

Dr. Cosby is excellent!! I’ve received nothing but excellent service from her. I’m not a fan of visiting the dentist. However, she makes me feel very comfortable when I do visit. Thanks
