Our previous dentist for many years decided not to take our insurance anymore so we found Zoo Crew. My kids love them (12 and 16) and the doctor was more verbal with them about their health care too. I’m so happy they really care about kids’ wellness.

To start I would like to say that all of our kids have been going here for well over 20 years. Today was the last straw for me! They literally made MY CHILD bawl her eyes out and when my husband went to speak with them, they admitted they had embarrassed her and that we should leave before she is embarrassed more!!! Are you kidding me!!! They are EXTREMELY rude, incompetent, unorganized, and couldn't care less about your concerns. A very kind lady name Krista has promised to get to the bottom of this. Today was just one of MANY issues we have had there! Run as far away as possible is you care about your kids!!!

I have been having worst experience with this dentistry. I have been calling them since 3 weeks for an appointment information of my kid. It always goes to their voicemail and they never call back. I feel they are very irresponsible about their patients.

The whole office is so cutely decorated and kid friendly. Waiting rooms at doctors offices are usually pretty tough with my one year old, but he was kept entertained with their little treehouse climbers. The wait wasn’t more than 15 minutes. The assistant and the DR were both pleasant to deal with and attentive to my questions. I was highly impressed and glad I decided to go here for my sons dental care.

Brought my child in for his first visit and unfortunately I was already fearing that he had some cavities. The team here made my tot feel very relaxed. They have a fantastic set up perfect for a child and everyone we’ve encountered has seemed fantastic. He did need dental surgery to fix his cavities but again I couldn’t speak higher of the dentist and team. They handled the setup with speed and care addressing my concerns before I even mentioned them. I really liked the outpatient center they choose to have the procedure at too. All of this and my son tells me he’s thankful for dentist and doesn’t seem fearful of it at all. I highly recommend this practice!

Had a great experience here with my almost 2 year old! The dentist was very kind & seemed to work well with kids which is definitely what you want with a pediatric dentist! Bummed that we are moving and that this wont be our regular dentist.

My 5yo son has Autism, and we always felt rushed and they acted like they were aggravated with him being scared. I was considering another dentist office until today. My son had tooth pain last night, I called this morning to have him seen, they told me to bring him in and they would see him right away. The hygienist we worked with was named Valerie, and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! She was patient and kind and my son loved her🥰🥰🥰. If you have a special needs sweetie like I do, please go see Valerie at Zoo Crew.

My daughter had to have fillings for the first time yesterday and she was nervous. Dr. Tuzzio and the hygienist were AMAZING! They were patient and made her feel so at ease and she got through it like a breeze! I live in Lebanon and will continue to drive past other dentists in Lebanon to come to this office for my kids!

Took my son in after he fell and damaged his tooth. The dentist who worked with us was great. My son had a good experience, but returned for a cleaning and it was extremely awkward because the dentist working with us during this visit didn’t actually speak to me. She had me waiting for like 30 extra minutes after examining my son and the hygienist came back and said- Everything looks good and you are free to go... That experience made me switch dentists. Who hires unenthusiastic pediatric dentists?
