Staff will definitely make you feel like a common criminal. Oddly they must not accept many Cash Paying patients. They will text you the amount due prior to the appointment and then repeat the charges as if you don’t have the funds to pay, very condescending. Then upon arrival immediately ask for $1900 upfront with no “Hello”. This all done with the explanation that it’s policy and in past have had money issues. If there was a small bit of customer service and staff perhaps trained to not make people feel they can’t afford what they are scheduled to pay.

I was needing a new dental practice. I'm SO thankful I chose Atkinson! Fantastic practice and excellent staff! My experience was top notch. I'm surprised at the few recent negative reviews. I had not been to a dentist in a few years. They were extremely professional and my teeth are in excellent condition. Yet, I take really good care of my teeth. No cavities! My teeth health is excellent and I was leery due to people claiming they were over charged. Not true! Also, I needed a crown, that fell out over a year ago, replaced. I went in for my cleaning, which was easy peasy because I take awesome care of my teeth and got lots of compliments on that! Then they took care of my crown the same day! THAT is what makes my new chosen dental practice SO great!

Great experience fixed a root canal that had been started by another dentist that I didn't care for, also I must say the dentist's personality and attitude made the whole experience much better and calming! Highly recommend 👌 oh and the staff was wonderful and sweet 😁

All 4 kids came out saying their hygienists were rough. This was 3 different hygienists as 1 did 2 of their cleanings. It’s hard to find a good dentist that accepts BlueCare insurance.

Robin the real OG and her staff are amazing. In the last 2 months, they have given me a brand new smile with no pain. Robin went in and redone my feelings and gave me 2 sessions of in office whitening. The way her and her assistants handled my whitening was amazing. They made sure there was no pain, gave me comfort and support through it all. Great job everyone!

Would normally give 5 starts but I had made an appointment In May for an appointment today. Never confirmed my number. I have to ask off of work at least 3 weeks in advance but they want to cancel the day before an appointment bc the dentist isn’t gonna be in. Poor scheduling and rude front desk. Guess not only do I have to find a new dentist but guess I’ll have to move my child to another dentist as well.

Dr. Bradley is SO kind and thoughtful. I was treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism. I was nervous about getting my tooth pulled, but he was so thorough in explaining the procedure and the process, and kept checking on me to see if I was ok. i would recommend them to ANYONE. His hygienist, Rhonda, made me feel so comfortable and safe. I an usually nervous about anything involving teeth, but they kept me at ease

I’ve been seeing Dr. Atkinson for years now and he’s truly an amazing dentist!! I’ve always had a fear of dentists growing up and have had really horrible experiences with tooth extractions but with him I am NEVER scared or worried. The nurses are amazing and very sweet! There’s a new nurse in there(can’t rememeber her name) but she made my experience so pleasant! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. My kids love them too!

Be careful here. After moving to the area, I decided to find a new dentist. At my first visit here, I was told I had numerous cavities (6-8 I believe). I hadn't had a cavity in years so I followed up with my previous dentist (downtown Nashville) and was told "everything looks good". This was several years ago, and still going great seeing my original dentist. It's out of the way, but worth it for honest care. I will say that the staff and dentist were pleasant
