I highly recommend this dental office. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and professional. The oral surgeon Dr. Daniel was amazing and the dental assistants made sure I was well taken care of. I will recommended my family and friends to your practice! Thank you for the great experience! Donna and Gwen are the best!

This is the most Unprofessional Dentist Office I have ever been to. I have a tooth that needs to be pulled. I call make a appointment everything is fine. Me and my husband find a babysitter for our 1 year old son I take off work. We drive a hour to Murfreesboro to arrive 10 minutes early because it was my first time with this dentist. I sign in and the lady ask me my name and she proceeded to tell me she was just about to call me so she could reschedule my appointment because the dentist had not took a lunch. My appointment was at 2:00 p.m. I completely understand people have to take lunch. So I rescheduled my appointment for today. Again I take off work find someone to watch my son. I arrive for them to tell me the dentist kids school called and she needed to leave. I explained what happened last time and the lady said let me talk to the dentist. She comes back out and tells me she will go ahead and pull my tooth today. Me and my husband wait a hour and 15 minutes and she calls me back to the desk and says she can’t do it now she really needed to leave I would have to reschedule. I wasted 5 hours combined for them to never see me. If you want to waste your time this dentist office is for you.

Let me just start off by saying this has got to me one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL practices I have ever come across. Immediately walking into the office at 9am they had 3-4 patients sitting and waiting (the office doesn’t even open until 9am). This was an immediate red flag and an indicator of poor time management. After 30 minutes i’m finally taken to the room to get x-rays. The assistant had to re-do my x-rays 6 times before they were “good enough”. She then explains to me that the dentist will be in to do my regular teeth cleaning, because they don’t have a hygienist to do it. I have been getting annual teeth cleanings my entire life and i’ve never had a dentist do my cleaning , only a hygienist because that’s what they are TRAINED to do. I waited in the treatment room for 45 minutes and finally after an hour and a half had gone by since my appointment start time I finally got up and walked out. I apologized to the front desk clerk but I advised them to not overbook so many patients at one time. Clearly they need to get their stuff together because this is just unacceptable. I can’t speak for everyone but most people don’t have the time or leisure to sit around the dentist office 2-3 hours just for a regular teeth cleaning. I’d highly advise you to AVOID this place at all costs.

I had a bit of a lengthy wait, but that is due to all of the new patients they are treating. The entire team was down-to-earth and pleasant to work with. Dr. Daniel even serenaded me while doing my surgery and put me at ease. 😄 I'm so thankful for the care they provided me. 🦷 Thank you Dental Team of Tennessee!!!

I was grateful for them taking me in on such notice because the amount of pain I was in due to an abscess tooth. They made me aware that it would be a bit of a wait since they squeezed me in and I was okay with that, they figured out the problems causing the pain even though I was hoping to have addressed my problems on that day because the pain was excruciating, I began to understand that the infection has to be treated first and they squeezed me in as soon as they could for next week to get 2 root canels. Thank you dental team

This was worse and most unprofessional dental care I’ve ever received in my entire life. From the first consultation visit to oral surgery.
#1- my first visit scheduled at 4pm; at 4:45 I went to the check in desk and asked how much longer and she said “not sure he’s still in surgery”. I said “ ok I’m just going to cancel”. As I get in my car the owner/front desk calls me and says “you’re next I’d hate for you to leave when he’s finishing surgery now”. I go back in and wait 20 more min in the exam room before he stops on. Looks at my X-rays and said “ok 3 wisdom teeth, you’re going to want to be asleep, one’s in your sinuses. Wait here and they’ll be right with you”. Never once discussing the surgery much less pre-post op protocols.
#2- I was scheduled for a Wednesday. They call Tuesday afternoon and say his two assistants are out so they have to reschedule. No apology even given. Though I had taken off work and had coverage in place.
#3- I show up for surgery. They pull me back relatively quickly and start my IV and all the anesthesia things. I wait back there for over and hour and half with the door open, patients and students (dental assistant I’m assuming) just walking by and staring and staff just walking in and out of the room I’m laying in on the table in with my IV and all… door wide open…with not one word mentioned like “sorry it won’t be much longer”, “sorry we just needed to grab this”. Zero privacy or care about patients anxiety and how they feel.
#4- Let start surgery. The nice lady gives me meds in my IV and puts the laughing gas on, I maybe felt a little ok ( as in less anxious) for about 10min. I was never asleep, ever. The doctor never talks to me before or after. I’m crying through the entire thing as he talks to his colleagues about whatever, cursing and all. The woman doing my anesthesia held my hands as I was crying and hurting. He never even acknowledged I was present for my own surgery. She asked him if she could give me more drugs and he finally said yes… still didn’t help. I was wide awake. She continued holding my hands as I was shaking and crying. As he pulled the last tooth out she said he’s all done just has to put in a suture. I was finally able to relax. She then came and wiped my tears and unhooked me from everything. Got me in a wheelchair and took me to the car.
#5 the owner/front desk lady finally comes out and gives my husband my prescription with like 4gauze and a paper in a bag. No other direction for post op care.

Honestly, this is the worst and most traumatic inhumane experience I’ve ever felt. Never go here ever! But thanks to the one woman who held my hand. I would have had a panic attack without you there!

***UPDATE. I’ve been calling since Tuesday and they said they’d have my records to me the next day... not only have I still not received them nor a call, they are not even answering their phone or returning my call after I left a voicemail (I only left one). I have sutures and don’t know what kind, I want to know what problems they ran into that caused it to be 1.5hr rather than 30min. Still don’t know what anesthesia was used and didn’t work. So many questions and they won’t even fax or email my records! Such poor customer service and overall medical care. They did not tell me one thing about my surgery. They should not be in practice. Is it legal not to even give real post-op instructions, instead just a piece of paper they threw in a bag with the 4gauze?***

I had a mucocele cyst on my lip, for two months, i had an appointment at a different dentist but they were afraid to work on it due to scaring so they refered me here. the same day i called they were able to work me in. Im so grateful! Im starting to feel pretty again and im just so thankful they went through the effort to help me with this. Like most medical procedures this could've been drawn out for weeks or months but they made sure to do it the day of. Thanks again!

This is the most unprofessional, insensitive dentist office I've ever been to. I do not recommend anybody go here. This place should be shut down

TTV Madfoghorn

Called to discuss them putting in incorrect codes to insurance and got put on a "brief hold" been on hold now for going on 45 minutes this is ridiculous
