Nashville Dental Center

The hygienists have always done a great job & answered questions. But I've been calling to try & make an appt since before Christmas but their voicemail box is FULL! I sent a message via their website, no response.

Even the CALL FOR A CONSULTATION number has a voice-mail box that's FULL!

I was brought this practice because I dropped in and spoke with Stacey Cole, the Chief Operating Officer to see if they would like to do business with my company and be professionally treated with bioPURE to eradicate germs in their practice to promote a healthy environment for their employees and patients. Stacey was nice enough to give me a tour and invited me to have my next cleaning there. First of all, they care about their staff and patients. That is clear - they are treating to eradicate germs and keep a healthy environment for their staff and patients. That in itself says alot to me. I met Dr. Patricia Newberry the day of my dental cleaning appointment in March. I was very impressed. She was extremely personal, caring and spent time with me talking about my dental health. She shook my hand and was very professional and so friendly. I like friendly people so my first impression was "WOW" I like this dentist. The dental hygienist and staff at Nashville DC are top notch. Very friendly and explain every aspect of your cleaning, your plan of action and cost involved and what insurance will and won't cover. The location is easy to find, across from the Nashville Zoo and very easy in and out . I love their office and on both visits I saw a lobby full of people and staff taking care of children so parents could have their dental work done. Surprisingly the wait is not that long. The practice is very clean, well kept and lobby is nice with clean restrooms. (I pay attention to the restrooms in all businesses. The front desk employee was friendly . I am a pretty picky person so I have high expectations, so in my book they are well worth a 5 star rating. I would not hesitate to come back and have another appointment already . I have yet to meet Dr. Pat's husband, but he is the other half of the practice. It is a husband wife team and Dr. Huey I am sure I will meet next time around. My boss met Dr. Huey Newberry and tells me he was very nice and really liked him. I cannot recommend this practice enough. You will not regret going to have dental work with Dr. Huey or Dr. Patricia Newberry. Call them today-- you won't regret it.

Took my 3 year old today for her first dentist appointment. It was very quick they were very nice and clean and the lady at the front was so on top of it she like knew who we were walking in and had insurance and everything ready and then the dentist was not only super good with my 3 year old but was able to show and explain things to me so I could see and understand too.

I had a large crack/hole inward bottom of my wisdom tooth. the x-ray showed it was very large, Dr. "Pat" did a root canal. I thought it was done Successfully! ... But she never filled in the large crack! Causing food to get into it still 😕
1st: I called 8:05 am the next day with Urgent concern, left message with receptionist, no one returned my call,
😟 2nd call: 1:40pm receptionist said, "I gave message to a dental assistant, I don't know if Doctor got the message"
🤨3rd call: 2:30pm my call went straight to voicemail. I left message requesting an appointment... no one ever called me back. I am so over done with their attention 🙄 to my urgent concerns! Not to mention I have 3 sets of partials that still don't fit properly, & prescriptions not sent to pharmacy for days.
I just want ONE thing done correctly!! They are very friendly... But once you pay they just forget you! Now I'm stuck with a bigger hole and no response from The Nashville Dental Center. I don't recommend them for Anything ...except
cleanings & x-rays! They really don't show concern once you leave. My insurance paid , but they don't deserve it. Good luck with your visits.
But, beware of
"The Afterwards" because you won't be able to contact them for corrections of their errors.At least I haven't

I received a cleaning today at their office and was overly satisfied I can’t wait to come back on the 22nd of next month to have my procedure done the check on was very smooth also the service the staff and dentist were very polite and pleasant I was talking to her about my son Cho’sen she is very sweet and I can’t wait to return thank you again for helping me😘

Do not come to this dental office. It seems as if they only care about their money. I was scheduled a cleaning today and the lady rushed through my cleaning and didn’t even floss me but was quick to say I needed something done. She was rude and careless when cleaning my teeth. The last time I came to the office I had about 4 things done. I’ve never been to a dental office where I need service done every time when I take care of my teeth. If you care about your dental health and money I would not recommend.

Honestly absolutely horrible.
I had something called fast braces at this place. It worked as they said during a short period of time. I remember after they took them off, I went one day and there was a different specialist showing me my metal retainer and the lady told me that they don’t fit right but we’d have to wait to consult with my dentist before bending them. I went back the next week and my dentist (an older lady) literally looked at the retainer and my teeth and just told me to push them into my mouth and that they fit perfectly. She then took a look at my teeth and asked if I was a singer since I had bigger teeth. ( you’d think as a specialist that’s an indicator that the “bigger teeth” are going to shift) I have been religiously wearing almost every night and after just a couple of years my teeth are back to where they were. They also failed to mentioned the existence of something called a permanent retainer that I now see everyone having. Just 5 thousand dollars of my own teenage money down the drain. Thanks.
Oh and if you want to see the real reviews change from “relevant” to “new” reviews and see how many one star experiences they have.

DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE !! The Dentist are horrible here! They will treat a tooth that does NOT need to be treated! Bad customer service! This office really needs to be shut down! It’s all about the money to them and they can careless about their patients care! Dr. Huey did a root canal on a tooth that did not even need a root canal.. After letting him know it was the wrong tooth he treated .. He walks away with an attitude- you call that “professional”

If you love your teeth and want to keep your teeth- Do NOT come to this office!! It’s a NIGHTMARE!!

Super impressed with this office. Not only is the experience great with the very careful cleanliness standards and diverse atmosphere, but the staff is warm, skilled, and professional. I'd been going to another dentist, and their cleanings were rough and painful, and the doctor was just a little cold. She wasn't mean, but, you could tell she didn't care much about you.

Here the staff genuinely care and ask questions at the right time (i.e. at breaks when there's not a bunch of stuff in your mouth). They made everything they were doing very clear, and gave you no judgement and no pressure. They ask repeatedly if you have any questions to make sure you understand exactly what was going on.

I had to get a root canal which I figured ahead of time because of a bad filling I got years ago. I felt absolutely no pain in the nerve while getting it done and they were quick and precise.

On top of that, the staff seem to genuinely care about each other and are happy. They're quick to help one another and relaxed despite their crazy schedule.

I'm really happy this place was recommended to me. I find it hard to find medical services you can trust. I'll definitely be returning here for as long as I'm in Nashville.
