The staff were fabulous for the most part, the dentist is very blunt but honest (I truly appreciate this). I've never trusted a dentist but Dr. Travis Jr. is amazing and good at his job. The building and equipment is a bit outdated but works like it's new, shows they take really good care of what they have. The only complaint I have is the very last staff member I encountered upon checking out. I asked her a question about payment and she was very short and rude. Kind of seemed like she was insinuating "if you can't pay full payment after your treatment, don't come back". I'm going to have a lot of dental work done in the next months to come and I'm 27 so I'm very insecure about removable dentures. I will be getting a permanent fix and cost isn't going to be an issue for that. I simply asked if payments could be possible (it's going to be $800+ on my next few visits). The staff member stated "we don't accept partial payments nor do we have payment plans, you have to pay in full every time if you want our services". After I tried to ask anything beyond that comment, she basically pushed anything else I tried to ask aside. Other than that one staff member, the rest of the business was spectacular and highly informative.
