I've been going to this office for a little over 3 years now and I cannot say enough things about them! The staff is always so warm and welcoming! Everything is explained to you before any procedure or treatment is done. Last time I went, I had a lot of swelling on the right side of my face. Dr. Reid ordered X-Rays to determine whether the swelling was caused by a dental issue or not. After determining it was not dental related, I was asked if I wanted to go ahead and get my cleaning out of the way since I was due for one. I was in and out of the office within an hour! Great staff, great atmosphere, great experience. Highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!

Awesome place to go for dental work. I was amazed at the staff, knowledge of new procedures the dentist keeps up today on. A polite kind dentist I was very comfortable. Left knowing this will be a dentist I can tell others about they will love.

Great experience!!! I am petrified of the dentist, as I sometimes have issues with Novocain not taking affect, and it makes my anxiety goes through the roof. Dr. Reid's assistant Ashleigh was very patient and made sure that I was comfortable the entire process, helping me keep my anxiety at bay. They talked to me the whole time and let me know what they were doing. I will definitely return for any further dental work with Dr. Reid and his staff. Highly Recommend!!

Worst experience ever. Will not be returning. Reid is condescending and dismissive and no one else will answer any questions. Will NOT be returning.
EDIT: amazing how quickly they responded to this but advising them on how to better their business is not my job, just another reason I will not be back. Also, the reviews praising Reid seem suspicious as if they either work for the office or are friends of those who do just to keep their rating up.

My first visit, trouble with an old root canal gone bad. Decided to get it pulled. Unfortunately, it broke off during the procedure and instead of continued digging to get the root out, Dentist recommended coming back in the morning and let the oral surgeon handle it. All staff extremely friendly and professional. Experienced minimal discomfort for such a difficult procedure. I’ve had more pain getting a filling done at others dentist. Very pleased and next appointment already set for routine cleaning. Highly recommend Modern Dentistry!!

I had not been to the dentist in over a decade because you know "the dentist". But it was time and I was needing a crown on a front tooth that was sensitive. The staff was wonderful, they all made me feel at ease during the whole process, very laid back but very professional as well! It honestly was the best time I've had at a dentist's office and the work done has turned out fantastic! No more snaggle tooth! I look forward to my 6 month cleaning!

The office manager and Doctor both responded to my previous review made at one star. I have edited that review based on the great follow up from the office and doctor now to 5 stars. The doctor listened closely to my concerns, provided very logical and helpful information pertaining to my personal health care. I now plan to schedule my next appointment.

This office seems to be more interested in a one size fits all approach than an individualized patient care approach. I was denied receiving basic cleaning services unless I agreed to receive and pay for other services that I did not currently desire to have done. I’m happy they have other services to offer, but I would like to have the choice to decide for myself when and if I want those added services without sacrificing the ability of getting basic cleaning for my teeth.This office doesn’t seem to be interested in accommodating patient desires and needs, but rather their own profit. This profit maximization and lack of individualized customer care type of business model creates very high dental service quality and ability concerns.
