Dental Group of Amarillo

Took my two kids in today, for their regular check-up (not my first time here). They are professional, superb working with our kids (4 and 5 ). They explain everything, they are about to do, in detail, to both me and the kids. Everyone is polite and friendly. Billing is prompt and without any issues (we have a primary and secondary insurance). I could not ask for more. So happy with this place. Thank you!

I love the Dental Group of Amarillo! Dr. King and Dr. Moore are simply the best. They take time to answer questions and go over treatment plans. They provide excellent care and make my experience as comfortable as possible. The hygienists at both locations are fabulous and have helped tremendously during my many visits. Reception is always on point, scheduling (sometimes squeezing me in same day) and checking me in and out quickly. DGOA all the way!

Staff was great, friendly, professional and very welcoming. I’ve been to places were the staff acts like your a burden for going to their place of business, and let me tell you this was the exact opposite. I definitely recommend Dental Group of Amarillo to anyone looking for a dentist. Great job to the staff at Dental Group, can’t wait to see you guys again.😃👍👍

I had a wonderful experience Dr. Gonzalez and his staff were amazing and so attentive. I had a tooth extraction and they made it painless and comfortable. They even put on my favorite music for me. I didn't feel a thing! They gave clear instructions and payment was a breeze. I will definitely be coming back for my dental needs.

The woman who answered the phone number I called was extremely helpful and nice. She was able to get me an appointment the day I called in. When I got there, the 2 receptionist ladies were very sweet and kind, as well as respectful. The first dental hygienist, a young woman, was patient with me, as I have severe anxiety with dental offices. She directed me to a room as soon as she was done with my x- rays. Another dental hygienist came in, and then the dentist. I believe his name was Dr. Gonzales. He was informative, kind, told me the pros and cons of what we needed to do with my loose tooth. The hygienist sat quietly, listening to our conversation. When he left, she was trying to help me see if I qualified with a credit card company to help with cost. I asked her if she was looking forward to the weekend, where she could chill out at home. She said, "well, I don't chill out and just do nothing on the weekend." It felt awkward, because I didn't know what to say. I never implied that she did nothing. She left the room abruptly, and about 5 min later, a very well dressed woman entered the room. She said, "I'm the general manager and you need too much work done to your teeth. We can't help you and you need to go somewhere else. We will check you out now" I was stunned. A few minutes ago, we were making a plan to fix my one tooth and a future plan to get my other teeth healthy and now, I'm being told to leave." She directed me to the front. I felt humiliated, stunned, and downright confused as to what happened. But you can be rest assured, this review will be shared on all my media platforms. I think your business showed so much disrespect to my needs, and to me as a person. I will never set foot in your business again. I guess when one has really bad teeth, that need alot of work, one should not go to the dentist. I'm sorry, still go to the dentist, just not Dental Group of Amarillo on Commerce Street. When I get my teeth fixed, from a dental practice in Amarillo that is actually concerned for someone who needs lots of dental work, I will be sure to smile and send you a picture. Maybe that will help you learn how a dentist practice should operate, Miss General Manager.

Dr. Dowlearn is absolutely the best! He's kind, considerate, punctual, has genuine concern for his patients & takes the time to sit there and go through all your questions & options with you in order to ensure you understand everything. He also is really good about making sure you're comfortable with what's decided & through a procedure as well.
And best of all, he is pretty funny on top of all that!

I have been going to Dental Group Of Amarillo for over 30 yrs. I wouldn’t think of going to another Dentist. Dr Moore and his staff are the best. They always manage to get me in promptly, in emergency situations very quickly. I have had fillings, crowns, and teeth cleaned,x-rays. No pain , especially with the deadening. and gas that Dr. Moore will give you. I very highly recommend the Dental Group. They are very professional. Easy Check-in process (I filled out all paperwork at home prior to visit that was provided by text message when appointment was made.)
My hygienist Alicia is fantastic super effencient and careful. Dr. Dowlearn is the best and reviewed my x-rays and mouth we came up with a plan to address the issues. Definitely best dental office I am have ever been to.

Recently had a split tooth and the office took care of me immediately. Staff always friendly and Dr. Moore always takes good care of me. He’s very knowledgeable.
I highly recommend the Dental group with Dr. Moore.

I needed a cracked tooth extracted quickly. From the time I called to see if I could even get in at all until the time I was out the door headed back home was probably only about 2 hours. I was in bad shape and the infection was substantial.
Doctor Moore and his staff made it very quick and easy.
They are the best!
