They were very helpful in helping get a good price I could afford, they also took their time helping me relax before getting my root canal started. They were also quick, efficient and very informative in the steps I need to take next. My new favorite dentist!

I thought I was going for a consultation, boy was I wrong! I went in was told what I needed done. The dentist told me today he would be doing 2 root canals. I was shocked initially. I was nervous about what I was going to pay so I asked. I'm glad I did they gave me a price helped me with getting a loan that coved most my bill. It was worth the den6said he wanted to give me my smile back and he did just that! Ideal dental is the place to go! Great customer service!

I couldn't be happier with the endodontist that did my root canal. He was professional personable and so was the rest of the dental staff. I would highly recommend them to everyone! He did a wonderful job made me comfortable throughout the process and I just couldn't be more satisfied!

The office called, texted, and emailed to schedule an appointment that was already scheduled. Instead of sharing files with their 2nd location, they require me to complete the paperwork twice - 10 separate forms. They didn’t call me the day before to give us instructions (or mention the instructions to me when I called them the day before my child ‘s appointment) so my child ate breakfast and was refused service. I was docked a day’s pay to drive an hour one-way to be told that they didn’t take care of business so they didn’t take care of my child’s teeth. They then asked me if I would like to reschedule with them. That’s a hard pass.

They’re supposed to be open 9-6 on Friday, so why is it that they’re closed @4 pm. I came to pick up my retainers after I got off my full-time job. I’ve waited a week to get my retainers and my teeth have shifted since, what was the point of paying for braces?

I love this place. But mist importantly, my kiddos love this place! I absolutely love the staff (fro r and back), and how compassionate they are with my children.
Dr. Charmaine Thompson is the absolute best. My kiddos love her! Thank you for putting this mama's heart at ease when dealing with my children. Love all the extra time you spend with them making them smile and feel comfortable. From a warm blanket to silly jokes or a cute stuffed friend to help them feel brave. My one and only complaint is how adamant you guys are about not wanting parents in the back rooms with the kiddos. Thank you for making their dental experiences fun and rewarding. We absolutely love using the coins they earned during their visit to get a small prize or two.

My four year old had several crowns and fillings done while under sedation at Smile Workshop. We didn't want to use general anesthesia on her and this is the only place I could find that would offer that option. I can't tell you enough how happy I am with our experience at Smile Workshop. The dentist who does these procedures works two weeks on and two off. We had to wait a while for our appointment but she was worth it. I couldn't believe how great she was being with my four year old during the procedure. Without her fun attitude and comforting silly words to my daughter she wouldn't have done as good as she did. There were no complications and every staff member was wonderful. I am so glad a neighbor recommended Smile Workshop! They also cost a lot less than my other estimates!

Very bad communication and customer service skills. Receptionist are rude. When you have an issue they would rather argue with you than assist you with your concerns. Very displeased with their entire service… DO NOT RECOMMEND!
