They were nice and polite got to me right away no waiting even when I got into my exam room I was seeing and gotten to promptly I didn't have to wait forever like you do it anywhere else at any other appointments I would definitely refer my friends and family really good experience

I would not recommend this place. The Tools they were using were over heating and burned my mouth, while also dripping water all over the floor this is a hazard for the patient and workers. They had offered to do a cleaning on my teeth while I was there for a tooth ache but failed to inform me they did not have dental hygienist to preform the work on me. After noticing blisters in my mouth I informed The dentist she said that they were minor burns and seemed to not care at all. I never had a bad a experience in a dentist but this one was the worst. I would suggest checking tools and providing maintenance, provide a better service at explaining procedures and stopping when a tool is not working properly.

Everyone was was helpful and courteous I was even given assistance in filling out form since my eyesight isn't too good Everything was explained in detail and the service was fast thank you very much for your help

I really enjoyed Oneida dental they were courteous and professional an the dentist explained the procedure before it was done ,an was very gentle with the work being done in my mouth.

Awesome and kid friendly! My children have been coming here since they opened and I've never had a problem with them. Staff and dentist are nice and usually go that extra mile to make it easier for us to get them all in on the same day with 2 appointments an hour apart but it usually takes less than that to get all the kids in for a check-up. Great place if you have children especially if it's their 1st time and you need a new dentist!!!

The Dentist was very nice and talked me through my fears, I will always go back to them for all my dental needs

They did my fillings and cleaning quick, and the girls in there are super nice.

Called them for needing an emergency tooth extraction back sometime in January of this year because of extreme pain. Couldn’t do anything due to payment was HIGH. I qualify for payment plan was still WAY TOO HIGH. We all agreed I’d go back in when my dental card came in for my insurance.
Fast forward. Called between my first and second visit for another round of antibiotic. Went in to see them a second time at the beginning of May(??) couldn’t because they didn’t run my Insurence card the mistake Insurence card I gave them. I even asked if they did and told me they couldn’t find. Asked again if they ran the card I brought in and same response. Rescheduled AGAIN. Couldn’t open my mouth at all. The doctors tried to look and couldn’t. Looked right at me and saw swelling an infection. Had three rounds of the same antibiotic for it to help NOTHING. Wake up swollen and in lain. Constantly in pain. Couldn’t eat AT ALL. Went in a third time to get a root canal. Couldn’t open so that was when my third rough started. Rescheduled AGAIN. Was suppose to go in today (6-3-22) to get my tooth extracted. My original appointment was at 3 pm but asked to move it earlier. NEVER called to inform me till I showed up at 9 am this morning that they didn’t till noon yet online it easy 9 am and their days 10 am. WHAT?! Got a referell and was taken care by AOMS. Time to start the road to recovery!!!

Over all, pretty nice people but seriously HORRIBLE communication with patient and patients mother. They told my mom they would call me for my reschedule for my third visit and never did till I called that following Friday (5-27-22 I believe). Believe it took me TWO calls. First one was left on hold. Second time someone answered. I completely understand they get busy but seriously! That was ridiculous!! They never listened twice when I told them I had three rounds of antibiotics and not two. Inside is very professional but outside and location is questionable. Location is quite busy with traffic at certain times.
I’ll go back to finish this mess but I will be finding a better place to go and call my main dentist.

I have never had a good experience with a dentist, and because of that I have a high anxiety when I go, I just know they're going to hurt me. So I usually wait till the very last minute. It had been over 5 years since I'd seen the dentist I want to get established. Well before I could do that I broke a tooth. So now I had to choose a dentist. I chose Oneida Dental because of their reviews and after yesterday I'm so glad I did.

I went on Saturday 6/5. The staff here is amazing. They saw I was nervous and was so considerate. They consistently checked on my while I was waiting. They didn't do anything without explaining to me first what they were doing and just made the experience so much easier, BUT there was still the doctor...

Not purposely, but every dentist I've had, has always been male. This time the dentist here was female I didn't know what to think. Let me tell you, this lady is amazing! Her bedside manners show that she seriously cares about her patients. She was the only dentist that I saw was there that day, she told me her name but I was so nervous I can't remember it. I had a tooth extracted and was prepared (like before) to have pain during the extraction, but I didn't! She is really good at what she does.

Anyone with anxiety of going to the dentist needs to go here!
