I broke my front tooth one night. I called their office the next morning and the receptionist, Judy, calmed me down, was attentive and listened to my concerns. We made an appointment right then. The time between the phone call to being in the office was less than 1 hour. I was greeted by a very professional, caring, smart, empathetic dental hygienist named Brandy. She put my worries at ease, and Dr. La saw me within 2 minutes of being in the chair. He introduced himself and was genuine in his concern about getting my tooth fixed. I asked him about putting veneers on my front teeth and he said that my teeth were healthy and that I didn't need veneers. He was very knowledgable and gentle during my procedure and gave me a pain-free, beautiful tooth repair that matches my tooth color perfectly. He is a tooth artist.

I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. Had a LOT of work done last week...and I didn't have any pain with procedure. Dr. La is very nice, Cynthia made me feel like I'd been going there forever. They told me what they were doing as they went, and asked frequently if I was okay. If you're a coward like me when it comes to the dentist, or you're just looking for a dentist, Dr. La's office is the place you want to go!

I found Dr. La's, "chair side manner", to be extremely pleasant. I am hesitant to see a dentist, and do not enjoy dental procedures. His staff and personality helped me relax a lot. His services were affordable--even without insurance--and competitive with other dentists in this area.

I am an extremely satisfied customer, and intend to use him as my dentist for as long as I live nearby.

I went in today for the first time and it was an amazing experience. The lady who cleaned my teeth was Doddie and she was an absolute sweetheart! She was super kind and helped keep me calm by talking to me! Literally an absolute angel!! I also met Mr. James and he was super nice too! I will defintely be recommending this place to everyone in the future! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and nice. They explained everything to me and even asked if i had questions about anything.

Before moving to Texas I worked in Dentistry for 12 years. I have worked for multiple dentist and was a traveling assistant as well. So I know a good dentist when I come across one. DrLa is it!! I have been a patient for over 10 years. His work is impeccable. His hygienist and office staff are stellar. Dr La does not treat you like a $ sign. He cares. He takes pride in his work and wants every patient to be satisfied. He stands behind his work.

Getting an appointment is never a problem and I’ve NEVER waited more the 10 minutes in the waiting room. I cannot day enough good things about this office.

Ok! So Dr. La and his Dental Hygienist are amazing BUT his office staff are very incompetent. They never follow up like they’re supposed to and there’s always an issue with billing. You have to follow up with them and they still haven’t completed what you need. If Dr. La wasn’t amazing I would definitely find a new Dentist!

*Edit- ended up needing a root canal due to pain. Dr La and crew scheduled me in next morning and knocked it out. Pain gone, smile is back!

Not being a fan of going to the Dentist, Dr La and his staff are great. In the 10+ years of visiting, I always feel comfortable and welcome, and leave feeling complete. I never actually mind going to the Dentist when it comes to Dr La's practice.

I have been coming to see Dr. La since I was about 10 and I just turned 30. Dr. La and his team are excellent at what they do. My daughters come to get their cleanings and whatever else needs to be done, and they have always felt comfortable. If you're looking for a nice, clean, family dentist Dr. La is it!

I was always satisfied with visits to Dr. James T La clinic. He is very professional. I never had an issue with results of his treatment. What is also very important - his staff is very knowledgable and experienced too.
I'm living 15 miles away from his clinic, but the quality of Dr. La work deserves the inconveniences of long trip.

Dr La and his crew are GREAT!!! Dr La has VERY GOOD SKILLS AT DENTISTRY. One of his best talents is that he can deaden your gums and you don’t even feel the needle Susan and I Have been going to ARLINGTON FAMILY DENTISTRY for years. I’ve had fillings and crowns and will go back to his team next time I have a dental problem
